One of the worst branch to bank with absolutely lousy service , was made to wait for 30 mins only to not return back again to her desk , what a great customer service they have, no surprise that many branches are closing, anyways they don't work.

I have been banking with wellsfargo since 2007, went to this branch on 01/09/25 at 2:07pm to deposit some money at the atm. After putting my money in the atm, the machine counted the money $600 short, when it asked for confirmation or return money back, I selected return money back and the atm returned $500 less of what I put in. Shocked at this transaction I hurried into the bank and spoke to the teller. Asking for his assistance with the ATM, cause I just lost $500 to the ATM, he said they don’t deal with the atm, that I should call the number on the back of the card, and everything would be sorted out. I immediately called the number on the back. I spoke to a lady who assured me that she has put in the claim. Normally you will get an email confirmation on the claim and few days later the claim will show on the app. I didn’t receive any confirmation email nor did the claim show up on the app.I reached out a few more times but to no avail. Finally 7 days later 01/16/25 someone managed to put it in right after about 3 calls to the customer service. Fast forward, 45 days later I get a message that my claim was denied that there were no errors on the machine. I have now made another claim. But lord this is the worst experience I have ever had with any bank!!!! They should put a sign that says “bank at your own risk” I will be reporting to CFPB if I don’t get my money back. This is corporate robbery!!

Poor service, they leave you waiting for your deposit. They see you and ignore you and when you ask them why they are serving another customer before you, they act crazy and don't give you a copy of your transaction until you ask for it. You call the branch manager and he tells you that he doesn't have time to answer your call. That's when I clearly saw the reason for the poor service.

I love this branch Scottie and miguel have been magnificent and very attentive, and as well the manager Brylle every time I go he’s such a nice person very helpful I just love the way they are thank you so very much for all your work.

Beware on a Saturday!!!!! This Location is super Packed an had ONLY 4 Workers that I could see in the Building!!! For it to be Open on Saturday in a High Traffic Area with only 4 Employees is Ridiculous!!!! Nothing was getting Taken care of Properly as far as I could see an I waited in line got up to the Teller that was Asian Decent and all she was Doing was First off reading other Papers ? in her hands not paying attention to me Because she had to ask the Other Employees what to do at her job!!! Usually when someone is in Training there are people there to Actually watch you!!At least that what my job does a this should be important Especially at a Banking Job!!Well of Course I guess Wells Fargo doesn’t have the Proper Employees to keep up the High Demand with it All!!! So once she kept asking Questions a couldn’t solve my issue with my Account they asked me to sit down!!
I sat down for 5 mins but then Something in my Spirit told me to leave so I did!!! Because I thought to myself the Wells Fargo in Fort Bend by my house loves a knows me and knows me I’ll just go there because I’m not gonna let nobody mess my beautiful Spirit Up!Remember you have been warned!!!! The Hwy 6 at Westhiemer Branch Wells Fargo!!!

I visited this bank earlier this afternoon to make a cash withdrawal. Since the amount was larger than the ATM limit, I needed to use a teller. There was just one person in line in front of me, however, the teller was talking about their personal life with that client and I'd been waiting for what felt like 10 minutes. When the supervisor passed by, I asked if there was anyone else that could help me. She rudely said that she had passed before and I had not been waiting for 10 minutes and I should just continue to wait. When I finally got to the teller's window and another customer came in, the supervisor then had time to come and serve them at the adjacent teller window. I guess she didn't like me for some reason so decided that I could wait and put me in my place when I had the temerity to ask for help. I will not only not go into this branch again but I may just close my 20+ year old account at the bank.

I just left the bank , Wanda wasn’t helpful at all .. lazy people . I just need help on Zell .. that’s it and she told me to sit in lobby we will send someone to you .. big lair .. trash customer service

Very very rude , the teller (Priscilla) was telling another customer he has to come back because he speaks no English ! Then she approached me very very rudely and said what do you want ??? I told her I was going to call Wells Fargo and complain !

It's bad enough this bank redlines poor people but now your just hiring anyone off the street these manly worker bee women you have at this location are not fit for the job little robots that can't address work situations like adult humans
