I drove through and ordered. After I paid the person at the window handed me my drink. I asked for a straw and he said: “Gimme a minute. I’ll put it in the bag”. As he handed me the bag he mumbled something about asking for a straw and I told him : yeah jackass, the straw goes with the drink. How rude! What a nasty attitude.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I got FOOD POISIONING from this wendys yesterday, Feb 19 2024. I got the big bag with the burger and immediately felt my body weaken. I have not been able to hold down ANYTHING for the past 20 hours. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY DO NOT STORE FOOD PROPERLY AND SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO CITY INSPECTIONS IMMEDIATELY. THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE ABOUT OTHERS WELL BEING!

Wendy's employees engaged in inappropriate conversation openly, discussing explicit topics. Additionally, my order was mishandled, and despite the errors, I did not receive a refund, voucher, or replacement.

The opener act as if she didn’t want to take care of.. i asked for a 2 for 3 and she told me she dose not offered that when it big as day on the menu and then shut the window in our face. And getting out the bed to come drive in the rain for Wendy’s breakfast that’s so hyped I’ll never eat here

my recent visit to Wendy's at 7215 Fondren Rd in Houston demands it. My interaction was with a manager who displayed a level of unprofessionalism I've never before encountered in a fast food establishment.Upon receiving my order, it became clear that there had been a mix-up. Mistakes happen, but the manager's reaction was shocking and unacceptable; she raised her voice at me. When respectfully confronted with the issue, I mentioned that I had a recording of my original order on my dashcam, and instead of addressing the matter calmly, her demeanor escalated.To make matters worse, both the quality and temperature of the food were subpar. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger that I eagerly awaited arrived cold, paired sadly with stale, hard bread. My nuggets, a usual go-to, were equally disappointing, evidently old and lacking any semblance of freshness or warmth — a trend that sadly continued with the French fries. They were not only tepid but also scant in quantity.It's a fundamental expectation when dining out, especially at a well-established chain like Wendy's, to receive food that is made-to-order and served with at least basic courtesy. My experience was far from this minimal standard. It was a confluence of poor customer service capped by unappetizing, poorly prepared food.I hope this feedback serves as a pivotal point for the staff at this location to reassess and improve both their service quality and food preparation standards. No customer should have to endure what I went through, nor receive the quality of food that I was presented with.In a competitive industry where customer satisfaction is key, I believe this Wendy's on Fondren Rd failed on all fronts during my visit. Customers deserve better, and I encourage the management to take constructive steps to ensure that such experiences are not repeated with anyone else.
