Like honestly how difficult can it be? Really I am absolutely baffled at the time it takes to serve people. I cannot wait until AI and robots take over these absolutely brain dead individuals working at these places. PUT THE BURGERS ON THE GRILL. It's really that easy.

Why so rude? Cashier looked bothered to be working and didn’t confirm my order before handing me one. Good thing I checked before pulling off. I just hear “I gave the wrong order”, I hand it back and say thank you when she gives me the correct bag and I get no apology or have a nice day just a mean mug telling me to get out the line.. idk if she was tired or had a bad day but its midday and the drive thru empty, please take the time to get attitudes right before providing customer service.

This is by far the rudest staff I have ever encountered. It doesn’t matter what shift, morning, afternoon, and night shift. This location needs a hiring event or they will lose a lot of business.

The only thing that I can say is that the food was extremely hot and fresh. Service was bad because I had to ask for everything from napkins to salt to ketchup. And all the diet drink we're completely out.

My visits to this location on Westheimer at Walnut Bend have been terrible. First, they have never given me a receipt so I don't know how much they have been charging my credit card each time. They also gave me the wrong order at the drive-thru on Monday and I didn't realize it until I was already at work and opened the bag. It was too late to go back and return it at that point. This morning's visit was much, much worse. I noticed that homeless people are now living in the parking lot right beside the drive-thru lane. When I rolled down my window to place my order, the overwhelming foul stench of bodily waste almost made me vomit. I will not be returning.

Placed a carry out order get there the door locked had to wait in the drive thru line out to parking lot and waited for a very very long time take the carry out option off the menu since it don’t exist and make sure you are prepared to wait about 45 mins for your online order as

Parking is needs improvement, there were nails on lot , I picked up 2 but unfortunately my tire caught one. Then some guys asked for money that was hanging outside of the Wendy's. Not going to that location .Parking: Needs improvement , has nails on lot. Trash gate was open so one side took up space of one parking spot.
