Jeff Lombardi is great! Understands what you are looking for and will assist in your negotiations, but remember, he works for the dealership. I hate the haggling that usually goes back and forth. Just tell Jeff your bottom line and he'll help you get there! Won't be exactly what you wanted to pay, but if you tell him your Hard NO, he will help get you close, as long as you're being reasonable. Love our new Nautilus! Regards, Miles

I've been with West Point Lincoln going on my 3rd lease and the past 6 years. I can't say enough great things about Mike Cook and his ability to match me and put me in a safe vehicle each time I need to renew. He is always on top of my lease expiration and makes sure I am informed in every step of the way.

The worst service department in the Houston area. Zero customer service. Zero sense of urgencies to update customers. You have to chase down service manager to get any type of information.

This place is a nightmare if I could give a 0 star I would! Took my car for a quote because someone ran into paying out of pocket and they gave me quote didn't fix my car properly now wanting me to pay way more than I can afford giving me the run around. I just want my car and to be done with this place. Trying to take advantage because I am a female is not cool!

I can't say enough good things about Mike Cook! He is wonderful and accommodating! I purchased a used Navigator sight unseen and felt completely comfortable because of the amount of information he provided including a video walkthrough. He made sure a few maintenance items were taken care of before the Nav was delivered. Yes, delivered! A used car and he delivered it personally! I am so pleased and will continue to be a customer of Mike Cook and Westpoint Lincoln! Highly recommend!

My vehicle had the drain ports for the moon roof plugged. They repaired and dried out the interior doing a great job. Deon was the best service rep and kept me informed throughout the process.

Pretty cool place if your easily bamboozled , I was an employee and I worked in the tire department , I would say since it's the cold a lot of people come in with just a tire light on and only air is needed , but if there wasn't a problem we made one , false warranty claims , fake leaks , we'd put the nail in your tire as seen in the photo below make sure you know what your doing and do your research.

I had an awesome car buying experience with Mr. Michael Cook! This guy is top notch! He was so patient and thorough with making sure I was getting the right car for me. He took the time to explain and answer every question that I had. Also it's important to note, that I received the same great service with Mr. Lee when it was time to sign the contracts! All of the staff at West Point Lincoln was so kind and welcoming. The environment came across completely genuine! Thanks for making this an absolutely fantastic experience!

Went to West Point Lincoln was greeted by Otto Gadea I was looking at the Nautilus , Otto told me about the difference of them, which I didn't know I was planning on going to another dealership, but after talking with Otto I made a purchase from him I would most recommend Otto if your looking for a car

Having purchased our first Lincoln, after having 3 Lexus, from Westside Lexus, it's hard to compare a 10 star facility to a one star. Lexus customers service, Lincoln, 1 star. Greeting when you pull into for service with Lexus, 10 star, people come and get your information additional they know you are here as there is a tag that lights up the sign with your name along with notification to your service manager. Lincoln 0 customer service, you sit and wait till someone walks up and your person that you made the appointment with , has no clue! So disappointing !

Bought a vehicle from West Point Lincoln recently. I was tended to by Dilia Ortiz and Mr. Chris Scott who both did a fantastic job. I mostly negotiated my trade in and purchase of a vehicle by phone, text and email. They responded promptly to all my questions and kept me informed throughout the deal. They really workded with me to get me the best deal possible. Transaction went smooth as soon as I arrived at the dealership and they kept their end of the bargain as we had agreed. I want to say thank you to them for their hard work and making my purchase experience a great one.
