So I used this location for iPostal1. I used the service for maybe around a year and the entire experience was incredibly stressful and painful.
To start they misplaced the first piece of mail I had sent there. I had to show them a picture DHL took to prove it was delivered and it then took the another week to find what I had sent.
This location doesn't answer emails. They never replied to any of my emails. I once called them when that DHL package was lost and the guy told me my mailbox number didn't exist.
From there it didn't get any better. I quickly learned it takes about 3 days for them to do anything. If I want mail consolidated so I can get a price estimate, then it's going to take 3 days. Then when I send that consolidated mail, it'll take them 3 days before they send it. Very frequently, after waiting for the consolidation and then mail to send I would be immediately notified that I had new mail, and this meant it wouldn't be able to make it into the bulk mail I had just sent. When I finally decided I wanted to change services (and I didn't stick with ipostal1 because there is no way to know which location is good and their corporate office could care less) I was told I couldn't have any mail in my account if I wanted to close the account. So I did the whole waiting 3 days to consolidate everything, then 3 days to mail, then low and they had added another letter into my account at the same time as my mail was sent, so I couldn't close the account yet.
Their time estimates are completely wrong. If I ordered USPS delivery then it would say the estimate is maybe 4-5 days. However, it would regularly take 10-15 business days to be delivered.
I once had some letters consolidated and sent to my sister so she could bring me the mail when I met her. She got the envelope but it was missing 2 of the letters which were supposed to be in the delivery.
Ultimately, I recently signed up for another service and it has been a world of a difference. My last mail consolidation request was finished within 40 minutes.
I do not recommend this location for iPostal1, and even then I would suggest using a different service from iPostal1.
Edit: just look at their response. It took them 3 weeks to look and they took no responsibility. My DHL issue was that this iPostal1 location didn't show my package arriving for a week. I had to contact DHL and have DHL provide me a picture of the package being delivered before this iPostal1 location would look into it. If they aren't going to take responsibility for being a part of iPostal1 then they should leave the responsibility all together because they clearly can't handle it. I would like to reiterate, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR IPOSTAL1!

I have a PMB here and couldn’t be happier. Owner is very friendly, and so is the other man working (maybe his father?). I am not sure if it is a family business or not but they are always nice and working hard when I come in. I feel much safer getting my mail here than at my apartments.
