Why is this pharmacy so slow? The other Walgreens have you drive around and service the other people if they are waiting to get your prescription ready. This has poor management and not efficient.

Ordered and bought through the app and said my order is ready to be picked up at 10:40pm.... App states the store is open 24hrs but when I get there they were closed at 10pm.... WTH update your app/system!!!

My grandpa is 85 years old and this was his favorite store to frequent. However, after today he is very upset with how they treated him. He called to ask for the price for passport photos. Hes hard of hearing, so he grew very frustrated with the automated system trying to talk to a real person. After finally pressing the right button he was then on hold for an extended amount of time. Finally, an associate picked up and he asked if she could just let him know the price before he goes in. (He doesn't like to carry more cash on him than needed) The woman was extremely rude, I couldn't believe it! She told him she can't do that right now and call back in 15 minutes for an answer. He tried to explain that he already had a hard enough time to get through on the phone but she proceeded to raise her voice at him telling him to call back later and then hung up the phone right on him! He takes this very personal and to heart. It's unfortunate that these people cannot help out with answering a simple question for a long time customer.

The customer service is horrible and then entire pharmacy shuts down for daily breaks. In 2020, the pharmacy went from a 24 hr pharmacy to very abbreviated hours, which makes it very difficult to get prescriptions. They quickly return prescriptions to the shelf, when they should be more accommodating considering they cut their hours.

Went to the doctors this morning and received two Scripts that were sent to Walgreens on Wayne Memorial Drive at 8:27 am. Got to Walgreens Pharmacy on Wayne Memorial Drive at 9:02 AM. One script was ready to be picked up at 9:32 and the next script I was told I had to wait 30 minutes for. Both scripts are for pain as I practically crawled from my vehicle to the pharmacy desk. Why could I not receive both scripts in my name at the same time? It is now 10:15 AM, well beyond the requested 30 minute wait time and I am in so much pain waiting on one script so I don't have to go back home get back in my vehicle to drive 8 miles to get medication. Very very bad customer service!

This is the worst pharmacy that is in existence in the Houston area. Unprofessional and the staff here does not give a damn about anything. I had came back over and over thinking it would get better and it just gets worse. Do not ever go here! It's a shame and it is the biggest joke of a pharmacy I have ever been too. Literally choose anywhere but here.

Donna here is the sweetest employee ever. I live nearby and come to this Walgreens often- I've never had a negative experience with any employee. The pharmacists are fast, efficient and kind but the stars are definitely the front cashiers- too nice to explain! Always ready with a smile and a positive demeanor- they all seem to get along as well which makes the whole experience very positive. Highly recommend!

This is the worst Walgreen's pharmacy! They don't know the difference between an inhaler and an antibiotic tablet. They are incompetent and downright illiterate in the pharmacy and the manager stands around shooting the bull with the clerks, and no one bothers to offer customer assistance.

This is the worst service. I ordered my refill 2 days ago. They called and said it was ready. I arrived today and they only had a partial refill for me because they RAN OUT of one and the other they decided to put back on the shelf. WTH so now I have been waiting over 30 minutes while they refill it. AGAIN! This is not the first time they have done this. I am getting ready to transfer all my medication to the Randall's pharmacy.

I have been going to this store for years. The people that work there are always kind and courteous. However, recently, their wait times have been ridiculous! One day, while in the drive-thru pick up line, I timed them to see how long it took before I got up to the window. I gave up after 16 minutes!!! 16 minutes!!! So then I went inside and had to wait in line again to get my medication! Well, the same thing happened today, except I only waited 6 minutes the drive thru. Then I went inside and waited 3 minutes, and ended up leaving without my medicine because I couldn't afford to spend another infuriating minute there!!!! How is this acceptable in any business??

The nearby CVS staff at Briar Forest and Dairy Ashford were completely incompetent in their ability to take an print passport photos. I drove down the street to Walgreens and Patricia was professional, knowledgeable and had me in an out with photos in had in under 5 minutes
