I don't recommend this western union location to anyone. I was just trying to cash my paycheck and the lady that assisted me was Jennifer. She was very unprofessional and rude. She clearly did not know what she was doing. She was so stupid. She literally asked me for a check stub in order to cash my check. I did not know a check stub was required in order to cash a check. It's clear this place is full of idiots who do not know how to to their job right. They were all a waste of time. When I asked for my pay check back Jennifer blatantly ignored me and it literally took them 10 minutes to give me my paycheck back. The manager was very unprofessional as well. She threw the check at me and she refused to give me her name. You can't refuse to give your name to a customer. What kind of service is this? They spoke like they didn't have a degree. They need to learn some proper English. I don't know why they hire idiots at this location and why they have that stupid manager who can't even assist their customers right. The service is trash at this location. Nothing but stupid idiots that work here and they are all ugly and have to wear pounds of makeup to look good haha.
