I had photos pending that were supposedly to be ready same day for about 4 days now. This store does not answer any phone calls either. They don't deserve any of my money!!

This Walmart SuperCenter is the closest Walmart SuperCenter to Houston's Airport. (Hobby) The store has a pretty good selection of items. Overall, this Walmart store was clean, had wide aisles, and a McDonald's. I wasn't sure about the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I was appalled to find that there wasn't any gallons of water available, except for one 3 quarts jug of water!! The employees weren't that eager or helpful when it came to helping me find certain items. Being dissatisfied with their poor customer service is why I have given this Walmart SuperCenter 3 out of 5 stars!

What can I say? It's Walmart. Although I go here consistently for the best prices on produce, certain foods, and household goods, it's usually very busy and consistently has dirty floors and parking lots. The carts always seem broken (or maybe that's just my luck!). I do go here for dog foods that are the best price, even over Amazon. The Murphy's gas station in the same parking lot is also cheaper by 5-10¢ than other gas stations nearby, so that's a bonus. Overall, a convenient, but chaotic experience.

The customer service is terrible! I need one item and it was available but everything is lock on the rack I ask a associate can someone unlock it goes on to the department is close. Which is not what I asked at all plus its on a rack a regular rack in the section but lock mind you the body jewelry is 10 dollars which makes absolutely no sense to me. I didn't ask for anything in the case with "real jewelry" I need to replace a closing cap on trig piecing so it would fall off and close being that I just got the piercing. Then I ask the lady for the manager and she said I just talk to her. While waiting I was on the phone with my sister and time went by waiting 10 minutes now I proceeded to ask the lady again where is the manager she then said she's not coming I was in utter shock excuse me what ! I then stated ma'am why didn't you say that to early. Being defensive saying I didn't say that she was coming now ma'am I've been on the phone with my sister this whole time and even she hear you. Very frustrated at this point . Another workers steps I. stating ask a what I think is a dumb question. Because it doesn't matter what time it is right now I am customer and was told a manager was coming and now I wasted time because I know the store is closing soon. It literally take two seconds to get a item unlocked so a Consumer can PURCHASE the item. Makes no sense to me its on a Normal grab and go rack but this one was locked it's doesn't make any sense to me because nothing on it was more the 10 dollars. By far the worse Walmart ever I have been too. I mean the absolute worse. If can go to another one go to another location not sorry cause customer service is key and they don't have it at all.

Here i am at 6:07 am awaiting the store to open at 6 am as it states on the store hours. Several employees have gone in and denied me entrance. I've asked several what time the store opens and they've all replied 6. When I respond with its now 6:10, they just close the door behind them and go into the store.

My wife has shopped at Wal-Mart for many years because their prices were low and quality was good. Today their quality is poor for the most part. Their dairy products almost never survive to the printed Best Buy date, milk is especially bad about souring before the date printed. Now they don't offer employee manned checkout registers. They have many self check out lines ,but don't offer a discount for using them. This in my opinion is just a means to earn more money without offering quality services. We have decided to start shopping @ H‑E‑B and found their prices as low for the most part quality and service much better and lot's of checkout lines manned by their staff. It is obvious to us H‑E‑B appreciates their customers more and are interested in having them return when needing groceries. I most heartily recommend H‑E‑B to anyone wanting value and service with quality for their hard earned money.

The Walmart at 9895 Rowlett road in Houston Texas, only has one cash register in the whole freaking store that accepts cash payments. If you do not have a credit card debit card or EBT card you will stand in line to pay with cash and when I say stand in line I mean this line usually has about 10 to 15 people in it because that's the only register in the store that takes cash. I am traveling and have been to many Walmarts in the last month and I have not seen this in any other store and this was at 10:30 am in the and the store was actually busy. If I didn't know any better I would think that the management just don't want to count the cash they don't want to count their registers it's pure laziness I have never seen any store allow a line to get that long and make us customers wait. Management should be audited on their duties because somebody has dropped the ball and can't seem to pick it up. It all boils down to VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Order some cards prints online. Went to pickup and no envelopes. Apparently, their photo department can't keep important items to customers stocked and available. What trouble I went through to find and pay for envelopes to mail out for my daughters graduation pictures. The pictures however turned out great. What a disappointment!

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. Nothing is ever stocked and don't bother asking staff for help because they never know anything and are very rude. You are very lucky if you find a cart because 9/10 time they are unavailable. Restrooms will always be disgusting.

Today, i bought Hp ink 65XL, and came home. I opened the box, and inside is the empty cartridge 65 (not 65 XL) and it has been used, with missing seal. I came back, and see the women who sold me that, i tried to wait the line, until she had time, and talked to her, tried to explain. She told me very quickly as i am lier, she even don't listened to me, bad attitude ever. She shouted out. I tried to tell her, I just want my cartridge which paid by myself. But she didn't hear my talked. Her name is LUTICA or LUTILA. She is racist, show a lot of attitudes, the first thing she said when saw me was "go customer service to return, we don't do it here". (I did not say anything, even explain my situation) One lady came and help me to do the exchange. She is polite, and really listened to me, that's why i gave 2 stars.

This review is for the ladies @ the bakery & it's long over due. They are amazing with handling a customer like myself. I happen to be expecting a child and was looking with desperation for a customized cake for my "twinkle twinkle little star theme" for a baby reveal party & was having zero luck until I walked into Walmart's bakery section. I have had a cake made previously by the same person a year ago but I chose the Hello kitty style from the variety of selections in the binder provided by Walmart. Special thanks to Olga for making an excellent cake. She really goes beyond her title as just a baker. Words can't describe how much it meant for her to make my cake. Not only did she exceed my expectations but she provided the best customer service.
