so I am is it the pawn shop purchase an necklace. I was ask to provide my ID or drivers license in order to see the jewelry. I previously witnessed them showing jewelry to other customers without providing theirs. Mind you the necklace was only $150 dollars… I really feel discriminated against.

Walked in, with my Louis Vuitton bag and just by looking at it they claimed for it to be fake. I asked them to run it through the authentication program and they refused.
Horrible service
Update: Wright Pawn & Jewelry gave exceptional service & authenticated my bag :)

A pawn shop so good the geriatric owner across the street told us to go back over there. David was amazing, service was incredible, and everything was AUTHENTIC. Go spend your money with these guys.

If u go to westheimer pawn u will not regret it! Upon entry i was greeted with a smiling face from the lady at the front counter, but the gem of the establishment is Daniel. Daniel is professional & very knowledgeable & also his friendly demeanor is unmatched. First time here but I will definitely return for my jewelry needs, thank u Daniel !

I went to Westheimer Pawn Shop to see if someone there could answer a jewelry question. I was helped by David. He was amazing. He not only answered my question but he went over and beyond to help me with a solution.

Daisy girl was rude, went to sell my lv authentic bag which was in pretty good condition. She didn’t even much look at it and said “I can’t take this” didn’t even give me a valid reason. Drove 39 minutes here for no reason. Ended up selling it to another pawn shop down the street. No thank you to this place.
