We used Westheimer Transfer & Storage for a local move. They made the process very easy from sending out an estimator to assess the scope of the job to providing transparent pricing. The move went great as well, the crew was friendly, worked hard, and paid attention to details. If we ever move again we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They recently helped our family move to our homestead in the hill country. Our move was complicated by a daughter with autism and three dogs. They took great care of my daughters stuff knowing she was sensitive to people touching anything. While the price did increase over six grand from the orginal quote to me it was worth it. I never plan on moving again but if I had to They would be my first stop.

My belongings and furniture arrived in Ft. Worth frome Port of Houston 11 days after arrival. My contact, Dan, in concert with the Istanbul side cargo rep, kept me informed at all times of the FW ETA. The cargo came on the day and in the time frame stated. The unloading and unpacking crew did an amazing job of making sure my belongings and furniture were all unpacked and placed where I designated. They were polite, kind, patient, careful, and efficient while seeming to enjoy their work. Thank you so much Alan, Chanel, Angie and Dan (the Houston contact) for the great service you provided. I highly recommend this company.

Having moved a few times internationally in the past couple years for work, we were looking for a similar experience for our local domestic move. Due to time and family constraints, I needed a move that could offer the full pack and unpack service. We also had a bed that needed further assembly to add to the move complexity. Westheimer T&S did a fabulous job end to end. Having done a few moves now, I recognize better the speed and care they put into the move. I also had to shift my move date a couple of times, so really appreciate them being flexible with me. Crew chief Chon was super experienced and a delight, despite being a Cowboys fan. Nobody is perfect.
Scheduling of boxes to be picked up after the move was extremely easy as well. Overall great experience, would use again.

This summer of 2024 we relocated from Houston to California to be closer to our daughter and her family. After getting estimates from multiple moving companies in Houston, we chose Westheimer transfer and Storage because of their A+ BBB rating, online reviews, bonding and insurance, and because Ed G, the rep/ estimator, was professional, courteous, efficient, and he answered all our questions as he walked us through the process. He is a confidence builder of trust in his company.
When it came to packing day, the crew was on time and packed everything with care. We even had artwork crated. The next day the crew loaded out our household shipment, again being safe and careful with the items. We stored our belongings with them for 2 months while finding a new house. They took great care of our stuff. Even during Hurricane Beryl, their warehouse held up, and no damage was sustained.
Special thanks to Angie our move coordinator. She kept us updated as needed, and was always available to answer questions.
It was a pleasure doing business with Westheimer Transfer and Storage. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you plan a major household move.

Our move was so much easier because of this company. Specifically, their driver Raul was top notch. He went above and beyond to take care of us and I'm so grateful.
The quote was the most accurate as the only company of the 11 I got quotes from where someone actually came and walked through the house. Working with the office was incredibly easy and efficient.
But most impressive was the crew who packed and loaded and again, Raul the driver. He was particular about the items we stressed as being important to us and hand delivered them as soon as the truck arrived at the new house. Helped me search boxes for two important things I couldn't find. And, was so thoughtful about making sure we were all set up with beds for the whole family the last night in the house and as soon as the delivery landed at the new house.
