I bought a BMW X5 from these guys. The transaction was great - Wali is great to work with. I flew into Houston from Austin - he picked me up at he airport and I drove off into the sunset. Later I found out that t car had been wrecked and this was never disclosed by Westside Hummer or on any Carfax report etc. The place where they keep the cars is surrounded by body shops where they likely repair them before tricking people into buying them. Now my rear bumper is falling off because of the shotty repair work. Shady people, shady business, total ripoff.

BUYER BEWARE - does not even deserve one star. Less than 1,000 miles put on after purchase and the engine blows up. Towed it to shop and got quote for over 8K to fix it. Put the car on the lift and you can see where it had been glued together with sealant. Westside Hummer - Houston refuses to fix the car, return calls or refund any money. These guys are crooks.

Please shop around!! Shady experience!! The wheel on the car fell off during test drive!! Car arrived reeking of gas and requiring a 400$ interior recondition!! It also needed a full replacement of the front control arms and bushings. Save yourself the headache!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ,NOT EVEN A BICYCLE FROM THIS CROOKI HAVE IN WRITING EVERYTHING WAS WORKING AT TIME OF PURCHASE. HE ASSURED EVERYTHING WAS WORKING. ALL FLUIDS CHANGED .2 KEYS. AFTER ARRIVAL , CAR WOULD START BY ITSELF. CAR WOULD NOT START AT ALL .EMPTY FLUIDS IN OIL ,WATER, RADIATOR,WINDSHIELD FLUID. CRACK IN THERMOSTAT.1 KEY AND MALFUNCTION.SEAT BELT MALFUNCTION.1 FLAT TIRE. 3000.00 LATER ,PER HIS REQUEST TO GET A ESTIMATE FROM DEALER. WHICH COST ME 155.00 FOR COMPUTER CHECK. , HE WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES. DO NOT BUY FROM WALID HE IS A CROOK. BAD DEALERSHIP AND DEALER.

Use extreme caution when purchasing a used car here, particularly if you fly-in to drive out. Have a third-party inspection service look at the car before you buy and get a complete written report with detailed pictures. I am waiting on a response from Wally to determine how Westside intends to deals with the very considerable expense to correct problems with a Mercedes Benz 2009 CLK recently purchased here. Beautiful pictures and a great Carfax report did nothing to divulge the problems found with the car after we drove off.

Buyers beware of this Dealership, I bought a SUV from Sale person Walid posted on Ebay shipped it to my state. When I received the vehicle, there was noise driving on the freeway. Toyota dealership inspected the noise comes from different size of tires, and also pads and brakes were bad.None of these were on the ad listing in Ebay, as you know tires and brakes have to be replaced cost $1500. Walid and Dealer refused to back up their sale, they lied and deceived the truth about the vehicle. Very unethical and unprofessional practice by Westside Hummer. I've reported to the Texas DMV and BBB and urge them to take action against this dealership. Beware when they post selling vehicles on Ebay or other sites. Thank you
