I just ordered curbside pickup and got home to not only realize that they didn’t put any fries in the bag for my meal, but that my burger was absolutely roasted (burnt) on both sides. Whoever the manager is, please look at the attached photos and turn this around. This is our local whataburger and the buns taste stale 9 times out of 10 as well.

Scratching legs and rubbing noses are 2 things you should NOT do with hands and fingers when serving/preparing food. Do BETTER!

Omg door dash got our food wrong and even stole our orange juice I had to drive all the at back to whataburger I thought I was going to have trouble but Aliyah promptly heard my request and fix it immediately with a smile I was so happy because I had to get back to work !! THANK YOU ALLIYAH YOU ROCK

Ordered a milkshake and a separate meal. They called my name for milkshake and left milkshake by soda machine. Then got my food order wrong. All the tables were very dirty. Had to clean my own table to eat. I told one of the workers and he acted like he didn't care and walked away. Manager really needs to do a better job keeping dining area clean and teach workers how to be attentive and pay attention to orders placed by customer. Or get a new manager?

This people don’t treat yo right and give you the right service….if are not a black person……my last my time coming here. My food is cold and the guy in the register is asking people to pay in cash!!!I guess he is getting a five % discount to costumers??♀️

Absolutely terrible, went through the drive thru and they got the order completely wrong. Came back and it took 20 minutes for someone to “help me out”, when I let them know what I needed they asked for my receipt which I handed over, waited 20-30 more minutes and nothing. The whole store is chaotic, manager going to the back eating or outside to have a conversation with employees that aren’t even on the clock meanwhile people are waiting over 20/30 minutes for their orders.Finally I get asked what I need and let them know I had already handed them my receipt which they end up losing. This is my second time coming to this location and the first time wasn’t as bad but can tell the manager doesn’t care about what’s going on.

The quality of service has gotten down in the last couple of months, today I came with my family to order food and they asked us to go to the out side lane. Other car where their as well waiting for a longer then usual for food and to take our payment. Upon been attended their was a poor black young lady who took my payment and also attempted to take out the food order. Poor lady was stuck with multiple drinks and bags to give out to car. Poor lady ended up getting her shirt wet struggling to take out all the drink out while her team, and manager where on the phone, horse playing. I look at the girl with eyes of dissatisfied towards her coworker not helping and sending her all out aloneI ended up calling the store to ask for the store manager, the male heavy chunky manager answered and told me the store manager wasn't not going to be back until WednesdayAnd that he had just gotten there to the store and didn't know what was going on.Upon hearing that I told him that was a false statement because I had seen him be on his phone while he was workingIf things don't change soon I'm not planning to come back againYou guy have mess up my order 562601 and also 569752 and know the Poor lack of team work has made believe a change for new management needs to be in placeWhataburger has never been this lame before until know!

Incompetent. Whataburger represents Texas and regretfully I've never had a good experience at this very particular location. I would NEVER recommend anyone to come to this location in fear of the lack of representation.? do
