We previously came here often; however, on this night, the manager working was very condescending to us. When he failed to hear our order, he repeated said "WHAT" , and finally gave a weird "OK?..." after we order (as if our order was strange). We went down the street to the whataburger by Halal Guys instead. We weren't going to let his bad attitude ruin our weekend late night snackies.

I just went to Whattaburger at 2265 W Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77030 for lunch today. The lady with long eye lashes receiving the orders at the drive thru' was horrible! I didn't hear her well so I said "I'm sorry?". So I answered "I want the junior whattaburger meal". I received the wrong order. I received a chicken barbecue, receipt shows HBQ CSS TT. Hope there's a 0 for reviews. And my sweet tea is not even cold! Less ice! I do not recommend that location! Awful service!

Ever since they were bought by a Chicago company, their food and their service has been on a steady decline. Not just location, but many. They are no longer my favorite chain restaurant.

Drove in for a late night bite and encountered Jason (the person working the drive thru). He was very rude and didn’t come to the intercom until 5mins of me saying hello. He was very impolite, he looked like he did not want to be working. The food took 20mins!
