Every time i go through the drive thru in the morning the service is VERY slow. I shouldn’t have to wait longer than 10 minutes on an order especially if the order is less than $10. I try to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe they’re short staffed but it keeps happening more than once. You guys have caused me to be late for work on one occasion. This is RIDICULOUS.

Quality and customer service has fallen. The food quality used to be really good about a year and a half ago. They always mess up my order, I order a large and always get a regular sized order of fries.

Location is consistent at not providing your food in a timely manner. Asked management if they are experiencing staffing issues, was told they have no issues with staffing. Was provided a fake corporate number to call.

I just came up here a few minutes ago I order a sweet and spicy and a number 5 cut in half no mustard add mayo. The guy repeated my order at the speaker then repeated it at the window some how I still got the wrong order but right drinks. I get all the way home and looked to see my whole order was wrong I got back up there they came me my order that had been sitting there that was now cold I told them I needed new fry’s I get all the way back home my order was still wrong my burger was not cut in half there was still mustard on there the manager and the boy seemed not to care and just laughed about it I won’t be back

I eat here almost everyday even though I’m living closer to another location. Their food always cooked just right, great attitudes, & super clean restrooms. They even have the limited edition yeti cups in stock. Top location in Houston for sure

Burgers don't taste fresh and have probably been sitting under a heat lamp. Fries are stale. It's supposed to be hot and fresh. Burgers have also shrunk in size but increased in price. $7 for a double Whataburger is too much. The employees are friendly though. This company hasn't been the same since they sold out to a Chicago company.

Stood at the front counter for 10minutes without anyone taking my order or acknowledging me. I peeked in the back Hispanic girl saw and said “hey who is working the front counter” but still nobody came to the front. I noticed the people who got their food sent it back bc their order was wrong the lady had to take the food back twice. They had two employees in the drive thru with no line just standing there.

25 bu KS for 2 meals and you could tell the meat patties and fries had been sitting for awhile before they gave it to us. Overall, pretty gross.

I Was going through the drive thru as I usually do on my Sunday afternoons. I see whataburger workers standing outside…keep in mind it has to be around 40 degrees, I pull through and roll down my window it is fairly freezing. I feel bad for these workers, it shows just how horrible these managers are, not caring for their workers at this location. Do NOT come to this location not to mention my fries were cold…
