The chain is really declining. Terrible/horrible customer service experience
The head/Branch manager of the branch just brushed me off. The only male teller is extremely unprofessional as everyone else is unbothered. They are more concerned with the people in the drive thru then the walk in. The people that sit at their desk don't even acknowledge the customers. I have seen everyone at this bank give customers a hard time even ARGUE. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Good bye Hancock!

Absolute terrible customer service especially Chris Burrell super condescending and unprofessional scary that he is one of the few mortgage lenders in the houston area representing the company.

Bank employees are always awesome but its very inconvenient to be closed on a Saturday. Also money transfers, for some reason take forever. Their app isn't very good either.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! When there is a bank on every corner in Houston, take your money elsewhere. Their lobby is empty and no customers. WONDER WHY!? You can stand there for days and noone would come to help 12/08/21 @ 2:45pm CST. Management should review the staff on the cameras

I only used the outside ATM machine. As such, I can't say much except I like the architecture. Conveniently located too.

Took an insurance check in as it had myself and mortgage co. (Whitney) i was told they didn’t have a stamp in HOUSTON to endorse back to me,and that it would have to be sent to New Orleans to have that done. Said ok, and waited over 2 weeks and didn’t here a peep,so i called an apparently they had been trying to get in touch with me for something minor,bu your telling me they didn’t have a phone number or anything on me to get a hold of me, they could have mailed me a letter,as they mail me my monthly bill. Horrible,if i could switch i would, starting to think about it now.

We’ve been banking with Whitney Bank, now Hancock Whitney for as long as I could remember upwards of 20 years. Personalized, first class service is all we have ever received. Annette Miranda has helped us since the beginning, and she is still our go-to person to this day.

My family has banked with Whitney for more than 30 years and today was my first time in a branch. My mother recently passed away and we needed to remove her from the account. We drove over 30 miles to the branch and they had no restroom availability for clients. We left to find a restroom and came back and were assigned Maribel Ussery as a banker to help us. She didn't stand up to greet us, didn't shake hands or welcome us to sit in her office/cubicle. She was crass verging in mean. As my dad started describing why we were there, she never said sorry for your loss or offered condolences. She just looked at us like we were bothering her. My dad tried to give her the account number and she said she didn't need it. When my dad explained what we came in to do she started in on telling him not to do anything for a year, not caring that we had personal deadlines that prevented waiting. She argued and got visibly agitated with us, she just kept repeating herself like that would win the argument. Not caring anything for our circumstances. Finally, when my dad said we'd just leave because she obviously didn't want to help us, she begrudgingly took our driver's licenses and death certificate and did what we asked. It was an awful experience at a very difficult time and we will never again visit this branch.
