So disappointed in this location. Prepared foods looked dry, unappealing and low on selection, shelves were low on inventory as well. Staff were not very helpful. I doubt I'll visit again even though it's a convenient location.

I like the employees that's the one thing I like about this location HOWEVER THE WESTCHASE location has the hot bar for 9.99 a pound now and voss is 11.99 a pound. And for that I'm going to that location now. It's not outta my way and neither is the Voss location. I just gotta choose price over personality.

I yelped this location last week with three stars, acknowledging the good and the bad (My first post is attached as a photo). But without being loud about my values in response to "the bad", I got a response to my yelp from WFM customer care that had to have come from a bot compared to whoever posted customer care comments to the other yelpers. So I'm back with a re-write because I feel my first post came across as it being "totally okay, dude" to: 1) not have all bulk items fully stocked unless customers find and ask a staffer to "fill 'er up". In my case it was unroasted and unsalted cashews that I was forced to go without unless I wanted to by a pre-packaged bag that was WAY more than what I needed. 2) let the check-out staffer have the last word on the cauliflower sale price of $4.39 because that's what he saw on the checkout screen even though there was a bright yellow sign advertising the veg for $3.99/head, which was why I nicely called the discrepancy to the staffer's attention (no photo, but I'm sure they've got camera's all over the place that can zoom up on the advertised price) 3) employ an agent of satan who said they stopped making espresso drinks at 2pm - even though it couldn't have been later than 1:50pm when I asked for one - and who ended our friendly exchange with "have a blessed day" before I walked away empty-handed. I remember making a b-line for the bar after my receipt printed from self-checkout at 1:46pm (photos attached of my receipt w/ a close up of the date stamp. but again, what biz doesn't have security cameras?) Clearly, none of this is acceptable. And honestly, #3 had me floored from a religious perspective. It begs the question "What church do you go to?" but for all the wrong reasons. So, yeah, this spot definitely has staffers that have made my shopping experience pleasant ones, including that guy I mentioned in #2 (He was just doing his job re: cauliflower prices). But let's be clear. The other major factors that made my shopping experience pleasant were rrllrrllrrllrrllrrllrrll (That's a drum roll. Google it.)..... Me and my P.M.A. #YourWelcome None of the listed nonsense above was argue-worthy. The end. The WFM customer care comment rubbed me the wrong way because it was void of accountability. In no way should any of what I experienced have happened on the same visit to any grocery store that sells what I came to this WFM on buy on 2/16/2024. There, I said it. Or do I need to do a few neck circles and suck my teeth? Happy Black History Month, WFM-S. Voss.

Seating areas here are always dirty and I have never seen an employee wipe down the tables, or chairs, outside in front of the business. The same goes with the built-in seating adjacent to the bagging side of the registers. On Tuesday, December 26, I had a concerning experience involving one of their employees: a large black bald employee with beard (I was told his name is Joe by a supervisor). I was coming from the bathroom in the back of the store at approximately 2:45 PM and noticed this employee staring at me and following me through the store. I stopped in an area between aisles and asked if I could help him, I also added, “it seems like you are following me.”Joe replied, “I am”.I asked this employee if he is a manager and he said that he was not. I then said let’s go talk to one then. An interchange ensued where the employee spoke with the supervisor and told her he was following me to see how he could help me. After speaking with the manager, however, it appeared as though Joe thought I might have been stealing.Whole Foods Market: Keep your concerning front of house employees in their respective areas and do not let them roam the store upsetting your customers
