I went into the store to check on prices for a whole house remodel that I am doing . After a while of trying to get people's attention to get service i finally decided to leave, also I was the only customer in the store honestly I believe the home depot has way better service than this place .

Lots of miscommunication (or no communication), including the crucial detail that orders are paid for up front. It took almost 7 weeks to get 4 cabinets in to pick up and 10 minutes to find my invoice. And while I was waiting, an employee was on the phone with a customer rolling her eyes and gesturing to a co-worker that the person on the phone was dumb. This was my first time trying to buy cabinets but I don't think that's how it's supposed to work.

Got the right contact info. Good service, only issue I had was shipping costs, but still feel I got a good deal on white shaker cabinets.
