If I could give this place zero stars i would. We pulled in with a truck and trailer and weren't even out of the truck when some RUDE individual came out yelling that we couldn't be there. We chose this business because the place had great reviews so whoever this was must have been having a bad day or was a new employee. Either way, I am taking my business elsewhere. I was just about to rent a space out for up to two years. Not now. That's NOT how you speak to potential customers. Do not recommend at all

This far the property is clean, feels safe and quickly repaired my only major concern. Within 2 days they had the climate control fixed.

I found a a place to move in. I couldn't take everything. Only what I needed. So storage direct rented out a smaller unit to help me to put my remaining things in it . It was just right for what I had left. Thanks

Kevin was very friendly and super helpful. I appreciate he takes the time to have you try your code and lock to make sure it works. The facility seems very secure. My unit was clean which I appreciated.

I was searching on google for a small storage and at a great rate. Upon calling they were able to answer all questions and the move in process and set up was swift. Facilities manager explained everything perfect and the storage unit was perfect space.
