Been trying to place an order since tuesday. Bobby or Ruby don't really know what's her name, but she is giving me really hard time to process the payment for that order, everytime that I call she hung up the phone on me or make smart comments.
I spoke with Ivan (the manager) he is not helping at all, When I tried to put a complaint on her, he just gives me the go around and don't get back to me.

The skinny lady at the front row desk is mean and arrogant. Very impatient when inquiry about a product. Thanks for your “warm”customer service. Rugby is 10 times better service than yours, ma’am.

Wilsonart does not give a warranty if you install their materials yourself. They should back their materials not your installation. Will not buy from them when other companies make similar materials.

Products are good, but I hate standing at the desk in their warehouse while multiple employees stand around and nobody even acknowledges you're there. Customer service is not stellar.

BEWARE of blantant lies about availability and delivery schedule especially if you are a small client.I run a fairly large stone fabrication and installation business for the last 30 years. I'm not a huge client of Wilsonart but have procured plenty of material from them over the last decade.We are doing a small project for Scott and Reid and we are behind schedule on getting a TCO for their client to occupy the office. We have been trying to get 1 slab from them for over 3 days now. We have been lied to repeatedly by Scott Hinkelman and Adam Hurt.We were told the truck is delivering it to us and the truck never shows up. The next day we were told the truck couldn't make it and it will come today then it doesn't. Then we were told they don't have the material its in their Rosenberg facility but thy wont let us go pick it up in Rosenberg. Today they tell us a truck is on the way to get it from Rosenberg so I call that office and find out no truck is going there at all today.After admitting this embarrassing situation to our client and convincing them to switch materials Scott calls and say the material is here in their Houston location and to come pick it up. No thank you!

Pros; wide selection of colors and sizes, decent prices.NEGATIVES; the children working in the warehouse pulling orders, have the worst attitudes and work ethic I've witnessed recently, they are rude and have ZERO people skills, hiring people like this shows Wilsonart is not concerned with customer satisfaction or relationship. customer since 1988.

WORST SERVICE ON PHONE EVER!!!One of the employee working there named Bobby I believe was extremely rude when I asked for a material check. she kept mumbling “ oh my god” whenever I told her to repeat the information. i was just doing my job and getting information on a material.

Great product, lousy service. No, horrible service.And I understand they have difficulty getting labor.The old employees are fantastic, but the new guys they have on the front of the loading doc are sourly, unhelpful and almost seem to go out of their way to make things difficult. Uncooperative etc.I have been doing business with them for 25 years, this is the nadir of disservice.

You have good materials and a lot of variety, it's a shame that they don't provide good service, they serve you poorly and keep you waiting for 1 hour just with a simple order
