I ordered an 8 piece bone in lemon pepper wings meal. They were good but needed more seasoning, and they were a little greasy and hard. Also, they put my small order in a big paper bag. The bag was too big for that order.

This used to be the spot to get your wings..over the past months not sure if their was a change in the kitchen but fries no longer are seasoned like they used to be and the wings barely have any rub/sauce on them....

I went to this wingstop location earlier at 5:40 something to dine in I’ve had the Original Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries which looked amazingHere’s my honest opinion starting with the prosPros: Food was hot and fresh, music was at a comfortable level, helpful staff, and plenty of seating for everyoneThe only Con I have was the waiting time it took me 20-30 minutes which was decent at first I thought everyone said that it took longer than half an hour like I don’t know why our customers are rating this Wingstop location 1 star but to me I give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars overall

I had a take out order and the cashier or manager guy in the front was rude after telling me to hold on a second for my order. He looks hispanic and had on a work jacket/sweater. I have no problem waiting I was not sure why he had an issue with me.

10:50 a.m. February 29, 2024. There is a Hispanic male at the front counter with dark hair yelling and snapping at customers. He said that there was a drink they didn’t have and that I needed to “go substitute it we ain’t got it” as he said. I asked him for his name he refused and said he was the General Manager and refused to give me his name. He also refused to let me speak to an associate that wasn’t irate. He yelled at the DoorDash driver in front of me who also had to substitute her drinks. I’ve come to this location for years, but I’ve never come this early so I never experienced his service. It was so awful I asked him was he okay. I understand this industry is stressful, but yelling at young women is not cool especially if you are the general manager.

Placed an order online today for 100 wings. Called location to give specifics on the type of wings i wanted for a gathering. Spoke to a young lady who confirmed my order AND confirmed the time for pick up (6:00p.m). I arrive at 6:05 and cashier stated that she couldn’t find the order i had placed online. After digging around they uncovered that previous shift failed to inform them about our order and stated that we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for order to be completed. We left the location at 6:35. So much for being the wing experts.

This location always messes up my order when I order online. Something is always missing. Either a side item, sauces, etc. I once ordered a big family pack and a whole 10pc corn side was missing. It’s such an inconvenience. I shouldn’t have to check my order at the restaurant, but I do now. Tastes good though. Customer service needs improvement.

Didn't have change, I was asked if it was ok I didn't get $0.67 cents back, so i just grabbed the change in dollares, and instead of getting $5 back since my change was supposed to be $5.67, he only gave m $4 back, didn't notice until i got home. How is a big chain not going to have change. I said it wasn't ok, was told there's nothing to do. Aside from that, there was a drink spilled and the whole 20 minutes I waited, it was never cleaned.

Horrible Customer Service. Picking up an order and the young lady at the register wasn’t paying attention at ALL. I then personally ordered something for myself and she never asked my name and I stated that “I” wanted to order something. I had to give my name and she kept forgetting the name to my first order for a custsomer. When I tried to ask if everything was received the two young ladies had specific choice words and I simply stated I was asking a specific question per myJob to make sure the order was complete. Very rude and NASTY . Not okay

Had the worse experience here! Waited for almost an hour for my food.. Ontop of that workers gave real bad attitude when being asked about food. Sophia And Jose were extremely rude! What can you expect when you have a manager that sets and even worse example… Neve again coming.. Just worse atmosphere, food and real rude rudeee workers. Definitely don’t recommend.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! While me and family was ordering our food the workers had an attitude the whole time. So while me and my family was waiting on our food I noticed when other African American people walks in they was get treated terribly as well oh so it’s a race thing. When the other races walks in they was treated with top tier customer service oh wow that’s not right at all. And on top of that our food wasn’t right the whole experience was just horrible.
