Chicken sandwich was small and not worth the price. Chicken sandwich combo. Can we say RIP OFF ! The sandwich is just barely more than bite size. Fries ? Yeah right. Maybe less than a small order of McDonald's fries.Atmosphere? Dull,drab. Brew Wings is far better..Portions are better at Brew Wings as well.Brownie. Another ripoff. Dry and flavorless. Restaurant personnel were polite. Restroom was clean. The restaurant itself was very clean.. Overall, would I return? Unlikely. Highly unlikely.

The girl at the counter tonight should not be there. She has no common sense. Changing out ALL of the soda carts while there is a line waiting is ridiculous. When I told her we were in a hurry and if we could just swap the drink for an extra fry she looked at me like she didn't understand. Continued doing as she was doing. So ignorant and disrespectful is the representation.

DO NOT GO THEREThis place and the staff are a total disaster... I got greeted by Alfaro with a terrible attitude straight up asking my name in a very unintelligible tone. Due to my visible confusion she asks her colleague to take my order. Her colleague turns out only speaks Spanish and directs me back to the grumpy Alfaro. After a minute of rushed order taking looking more like an interrogation, I finish my order and pay. This girl can learn A LOT about attitude AND English. She barely speaks it. Not sure what the manager is thinking, but in my books if you operate a fast food restaurant in the US you better get at least one person speaking decent English...What follows was the worst dine in experience I had. While having my meal the spanish speaking cashier having a chat with another in Spanish and pointing me. My irritated looks did not make any impression it seems. Decided not to teach them hospitality and I don't speak Spanish as we learned earlier.Then the kind Alfaro decides that she needs to start cleaning tables and reordering, asking me if I am finished with my meal, which was obviously not even half finished. Imagine my confusion when I saw that they, in fact, do no close soon, and this wasn't Alfaro's kind reminder that I should pack and leave before doors shut. But I guess her starting to mop and brush the carpet next to me in my general direction could be treated as such, so I packed and left this prestigious establishment where my presence was not welcome. i've learnt that attitude like that is never worth the time or effort of arguing, so I took off to better places, which Houston definitely offers.Let me wrap it up by saying that I had 2 great weeks in the US and was met by extremely hospitable hosts and servers everywhere. This wreck of a place doesn't deserve your time or money, so spend it elsewhere. It is by far the worst restaurant I've been to on the entire planet in my humble 30 years. Congratulations to Wingstop for that.

The food was perfect but the location looked dirty. There were water puddles on the floor by the soda machine and by the restroom. The place was freezing.

I used to trust this wingstop so much, but recently they started falling off. the meat is always so veiny now and never taste fresh, the fries are always hard and burnt, and the soda machine has been broken for a month now. the restrurants always smells like fart when you first walk in like someone just took a massive dump. cant trust the food anymore because of how the fart smell slaps you in the face when you walk in. the service just gives "we dont really care" vibes like their just tryna make a pay check. if you dont have patience or like your order always getting messed up pick a different location.

Terrible. This use to be my go-to Wingstop but not anymore. (10/23 order)Literally made me wait 1 hour for a 15 wing order that I called ahead for. It wasn't until I saw people get their order who ordered way after me, with a party order, that I started getting annoyed to the point I had to say something. Turns out my order was ready but they never bothered to call out the name. They somehow were able to call out every other order name but somehow skipped my order. When I said something they claimed that my bag was "unmarked" when the name was literally on the bag when I got it. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened when ordering from them for takeout and I'm done. I get your backed up but if you acknowledge me after paying but then also forget about me 10min later, is that how you value your customers?

Should have looked at the reviews for this location...Wing Stop is one of my favorite places to eat wings on the go but not today and for sure not any other day after this. Wings were very cold, extremely hard and to add on top of that very dry. Fries from Wing Stop are always a little warm and soft but not today, they were hard and cold. I called expecting some type of understanding but got told from GM Abraham that I needed to return the uneaten food for any type of reorder. Apparently this is the only way Abraham claimed he has be told to do things by RM Alfaro. At this point I just want my money back. I made online complaints because I am not driving in rain to get food that was suppose to be cooked and handed out properly. Worst customer service and this ends my business with Wing Stop completely. A LOT OF FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS NOWADAYS ARE REALLY GOING DOWN THE GUTTER.

the Manager Greg do not value his employees here. They are charging people 1.50 for blue cheese that suppose to come with a 20 piece wing and large fry. The employees said they have tons of people complaining and he does nothing about it. He is money hungry and don’t value his customers or employees. Stay away, spend your money with other wing stop that value people over nickels and dimes. It’s a shame!!

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any wingstop! DO NOT GET DELIVERY. Over 3 hours and constant phone calls. Haven’t received my food or any confirmation of a refund for an $80 order. Terrible customer

it smelled like complete shit the place was dirty and the soda machine was out of everything and they are playing tennis on the tv and American football where is the soccer at ? the food was alr but never ever coming back again. The service was okay nice cashier but they need better maintenance of the place
