If i could give this location zero stars I would. I’ve had a long day at work and this location is the most convenient on my way from work to my home, This is the second occasion that I call because I cannot place an order as i get hot lemon pepper and thats not available. Every time i call they answer and put you on hold and hang up or wait on you to hang up. The last time I was on hold for about five minutes. I made my way to the location and from the parking lot I can see all of the employees just goofing off and laughing I watched him go to the phone answer and hang up. I got down ordered my food and did not say anything i just felt embarrassed for them. Tonight i call twice The first time someone answered and he asked me to please hold and then hung up the phone. The second time they didn’t bother saying anything. They just put me on hold and then hung up. If you don't want to work don't go into work people are paying for a service and you are being paid to provide said service its a shame! Hope they get better employees who aren't so lazy

Best Wingstop I’ve been to so far in Houston. Shane (manager) always has a smile and great attitude. As well as his team, have the best customer service. We always feel welcomed. Wings always on time and made as ordered. Highly recommend this place.

It was football Sunday Funday at a buddie's house nearby and I could not show up empty handed. Wings are a perfect choice, so I searched for the nearest Wingstop and this location popped up. When it comes to chains and fast food, I don't expect high ratings so the low ratings here did not deter me. I made the order for a specific time pick up and arrived just slightly after said time. The first thing I noticed were a few people waiting on their to go orders. They asked for my name and it looked like my food wasn't ready. It looked like they just fired it up when I arrived. All good since I knew we would be getting hot, fresh food. I decided to freshen up and noticed the floors were dirty and there was water everywhere. The interior could definitely use a little freshening up as well. I waited another 5-10 minutes and my food was ready. The food was indeed hot and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I know I did. This location isn't my regular Wingstop, but if I did live in the area, I might seek out another location. Overall the food was good, but getting the food late and seeing how they maintain the store would make me not want to come back to this location.

Absolutely easiest most painless experience I have ever had at a wingstop. My order was correct the staff was friendly and helpful and were quick and efficient.

Don't even bother going there they take forever to give you your food...supposedly they say 15 to 20 minutes...I had to wait for more than a hour to get my food even though I ordered

Went there today and the manager was being rude to a young teenager girl fussing at her about money because she got a register with a big bill in which he had to break it down for her she was waiting on the money when he rudely told her to wait on me not professional at all so I pull him to the side and told him he was very rude to her he said no I was not and was arguing with me I kept my cool from checking him I was in fast food for 20 years I know how you supposed to treat people but not like this is some one child who needs a job and he knows this but she could not say something back to him so I spoke up for her rudeness is something as a customer I will not tolerate from mean managers who pick on a high school child if we see rude managers we have the right to speak on the behalf of the person whom they are disrespecting and he gave me less fries to get back at me but the CASHIER was excellent and polite
