Lost my phone on the feeder for 20 minutes when I returned to it it was ran over god knows how many times both back and display destroyed and internals damaged, brought it into wireless Merlin and in 20 minutes my phone had a new display and worked astonishingly well for what it endured and for a definitely cheaper price than apple. Amazing customer service and amazing service in general. This spot is legit. Thank you so much for fixing my phone, have a blessed life.

I walked past Sal today and he showed me what was wrong with my charging port, and instead of telling me what everyone else was telling me (the part was broken), he showed me that it was just a little bit of lint. In 5min, I was out of there with a working charging port and I can’t thank him enough! I’ll definitely be coming back if I notice any more issues with my phone!

Honest & Affordable!Wireless Merlin-honest about cost of service! Will let you know the true value of your repair, honestly letting you know if it’s even worth repairing. I recommend asking for Sal. They do repairs on site and FAST like in minutes! So some repairs have to be sent off to maintain an electronic’s warranty but otherwise they can have you set up and ready to go quickly. Very knowledgeable and conveniently located in the Memorial City Mall hall beside Starbucks between JC and Macys-beside SephoraPosting general area and their sign! Phone and electronic repair!

Sal was awesome Ibought a glass screen protector and phone case. The very next day I dropped my phone on asphalt and it protected my phone. 100% I highly recommend this guy! Very knowledgeable as well
