Let me start off by being a business owner, this is not the location you would want to stop at. I’ve been to other locations and the customer service at this location compared to other locations is night & day. They pick and choose when to use their customer service. Avoid going through the commercial lane in the drive thru.

Very unprofessional people work here, rude and ignore what you say talk over you and just transfer you around without care....this happens every time i call in this bank....this bank does not care about you and highly do not recommend anyone banking with Woodforest National Bank unless you prefer rude interactions and wasting your time for hours and hours

I made a deposit online, so my money would be available tomorrow. I tried to access my online banking to check the status of my deposit. They told me my online access was blocked and my check was denied. It's almost historical they would reject a check from the company I opened the account with. It's also a company that has enough money to buy out Woodforest.I called the phone number they instructed me to call, in order to straighten the situation out. Their representative was completely useless. So, he transferred me to an equally useless supervisor. They claim there was suspicious activity, even though that was just from me. They froze my access to my account, but allowed a third party app to withdraw funds, after they froze my access. Obviously they are complete idiots.

I don’t even know where to start apon arrival on may 2 @11:32am while trying to cash a check from my credit union the teller rudely declined we passed words I told her I’ll go to another bank and handle business. This morning I wake up my card was reported lost by teller( I know this because when I called the 1800 Toll free I was told that and which location) along with that I had 3.9k on hold in which I had to call in to a supervisor to get that released.

They don’t help the customer but for the consumer. They let companies take money from your account unauthorized and charge the customer. Horrible customer service and finding a new bank ASAP!!????

The Woodforest bank is the best compre to other financial institutions Rachel and Perla, Jennifer, ladie the customers service representatives is awesome the security guard is very respectful and watching out for the safety of the bank the only thing I am requesting is for Woodforest bank to have a restroom for customers to use????

What reputable bank does not open until 10am? They make you go into the branch for any issues, but do not open until most people are already at work. I started my first account about 15 years ago. My account was hacked in December 2012 but Woodforest caught the hack and shut my account down which would have been fine except they left me stranded, out of town, without access to my money. Why not just deny or hold the one transaction? Shutting down my account also led to my auto draft bill payments to be rejected. I ended up with multiple payment rejection fees and late payment fees. One of my auto pays was for a hospital bill payment plan. The rejected payment resulted in my account being immediately (electronically) turned over to collections. What a mess! Woodforest was no help resolving a problem they helped to create. I have since gotten a credit card to use as back up when I have to travel but the total lack of real customer support still stings. I still have my account but have started an account elsewhere and am in the process of transferring all of my financials to the new bank. Also, know that if you have to deny a transaction you believe is fraudulent, Woodforest charges you a fee for it.

We have a business account that we just started. This was initiated at another branch, the manager at the other branch messed up and now our employees can cash checks for a while, I come to this branch because it's the closest to me. Bianca advised she cant help me. I ask for a number so the account owner could call in. Bianca places her on hold and never gets back to her. The assistant branch manager says she can't help either, not even with a simple phone call to the other branch to speak manager to manager. Advised we have to do all the leg work. What's the point of having them as a bank if you can't facilitate bank customer service. Please take your business accounts elsewhere where they work for you.

Terrible drive thru service. You’re not acknowledged and are left sitting wondering if anyone is even working. Tried calling and can’t reach a person. Then took care of the person that arrived after me.
