From management to assistant manager to the tellers team,it is the best branch among all the rest. They provide the best customers service and least waiting time.They all work as a team.Mgr and assistants will come down and help if busy.Tellers are so courteous ,knowledgeable ,and friendly.I would recommend this branch to all my friends.Eli

My mother recently passed away. My mother has two accounts at this bank. My son is the RIGHTFUL beneficiary. We had all our information to present (death certificate, account details). My mother had banked here for quite sometime. My son requested the accounts be closed and the full amounts dispersed to him. Instead of an IM SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS, they proceeded to make us feel like we were trying to get away with something. It was very unsettling. I am glad my son is closing these accounts and when they do verify all the information, they can know if they had acted a little more respectful, maybe we might of kept an account open. ?
