As someone who is a busy person I would love to be helped in a timely manner not be skipped by a car. The teller was slow and gave me a bunch of small denominations I wrote what I wanted in the slip.

10:00 am, Wednesday and I'm the only car in the drive through and hardly any customers inside. It took 53 minutes to complet one transaction and they didn't do it correctly. They're almost always very slow!

I've had to change my card several times this month because of a charge that i didn't make and disputing that charge. Now that i disputed the charges a new one has gone through after my card has changed. When i further investigated it was a fake account made with my old card number. Im starting to think this bank is unreliable and if i could rate it no stars i would just to bring the average down. Im angry and im done trying to fix it with the bank. Will probable change banks
