I have a good experience with this store. The staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. I give it four stars because I do wish they had more help to move faster but with it being in a busy Walmart and the amount of traffic it experiences on a day to day basis“a wait” is understandable.

I have been with Woodforest Bank for over 20 years and I prefer the Walmart Wallisville location, because they have always gone above and beyond to help me with my accounts. They are always helpful with a smile. ?

They counted my money where everyone walking by in Walmart could see. We were followed to gas pump but I took pictures of suspects and they left. Scarey

Terrible they move slow and it’s a young Hispanic lady that works at this location she’s slim with long hair and bangs she will mess up your account She has done it to me twice. Avoid her! Couldn’t touch my funds for 24hrs. Both times The manager is super nice but avoid this location if you can

I can only imagine how bad the customer service is. After our contractor deposited our check here on a Saturday, this bank called him the following Thursday to tell him that "the check was probably no good". We have never bounced a check and our bank said it was never run. Now we look bad and our poor contractor is still waiting for his money. They don't answer the phone either and had to call a different branch to complain and get something done.

They have the slowest people working here . They had one girl working and the other two just walking around asking like they're doing something and of course the manager in the back.
