I go here all the time and have never had a bad experience. Even when they are busy they are fast and take care of you accordingly. If you bank here you wont be disappointed.

This branch is amazing Tammy, Edgar, Jimbo and Rochelle make an amazing team. Always swift and efficient service and I can’t imagine going to any other Woodforest branch in houston.

I wish have the opportunity to give them 0 star but it doesn't exist ? they are the worst bank with the worst service ever. The only one refusing to give me a letter saying the time that I been having an account with them, I don't know why this is impossible for them. I just deeply upset with my self for staying with them for so long, a complete waste of my time and money because they also charge fees for everything.

Yesterday 11/12/22 was my first official day as a Houston resident and let me tell you when I walked into Woodforest Bank I was greeted by a GEM. Rochelle Givens went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with my “situation” I ended up opening up a much needed bank account and just experiencing an overall very much needed calm transaction I don’t even live on this side of Houston but I’d travel here just for her customer service and persistent positive attitude just towards helping ppl period. I appreciate you Woodforest National for hiring someone such as Rochelle Givens and I appreciate you Miss Givens for simply just being the strong positive life force you are. Keep being great and don’t change. #TeamOrange

If I could give no stars I would ! This bank steals your money and when you file a dispute they tell you 60 days and lie to you I’ve filed a dispute over 60 days ago and they said it under review and lie and steal and make excuses after excuses and I’ve called the department multiple times and they are making excuse after excuse they will take your money and just tell you lies DO NOT TRUST WOODFOREST THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LIE AND LIE THEY ARE THIEVES !

Complaint about teller Robinson is the last name. Extremely rude customer service. Even with cash he refused to allow me to purchase a money order.He seemed to have issues with issuing a money order with cash.Asked that I get a money order with my own money and was deniedWood Forest needs to look at the customer service they are giving the customers

The teller told me that my Check that I was depositing will be on a 7 day hold because they don’t deposit checks from Wells Fargo. Then she said the person on my check has never deposited checks in my account before. Then she tells me that since I don’t have security on my account they don’t want the Check I’m depositing to bounce so that’s why it’s going to take 7 days. What in the hell. This is pure nonsense. I’m taking all my money out of this bank. Never again.

I contacted customer service today and unfortunately they were not able to offer me a solution that resolved my current issue, one phone call to Ari and she knew exactly what to do to assist me no questions needed! I can't thank her enough for her assistance!
