Apartments with mold, roaches, people selling d gs, sewer is bad will flood your home with shh, they will tow your car, manager is very rude doesn't care about residents. Gate is always broken, no hot water and orange-brownish water.

The leasing office is managed by an old lady that doesn't know how to do her job. She doesn't cares at all about her residents, the units here are in poor conditions. All bad mold, sewer, safeness, fire, fleas from people that has dogs, p*** everywhere, towing of cars and people selling illegal substances.
