Very very very slow in fixing broken appliances in the rooms or access doors to the facility. One access door has been inaccessible with the room key for over 4 months now and one has to walk around in the rain to use the main door . That's a safety hazard on its own .
Could this negligence be due to the location of the property and so top management do not see the need to fix broken stuff and yet they see the need for timely payments ?
It's rather unfortunate that guests have to manage while the hotel collects its money in full daily .

Do not book a reservation at this location. The manager Nobie is very unprofessional. She will make up reason to have you vacated. If you are forced to vacate, you are not eligible for a refund on days after. Then on the day you are to check out is not honored.

Rude staff . Only nice person is nobi. Zack is a rude person like for real . Always has a nasty attitude . Killed two small roaches while here !! Chipped up chair , peeling paint off walls and fridge ! Location is okay for the most part . They offer free coffee in the mornings , so that’s a plus . Nice walk in shower . Stove works well .

Room was somewhat satisfactory. There were roaches coming out of the woodwork constantly. The Wi-Fi was not very good, could barely catch or keep a strong connection. There was constant noise and movement. TV service is not the best. Most of the employees are friendly depending on the day. I wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here unless you can deal with the above issues.

On 4/10/24 I needed 19 rooms for sixty Plalestians guest flying in from the holy land coming for a robatic conference. For a stay from 4/12th throug 4/15. With such a short time I had no luck finding a place . I called Ms Nobi Jack at Wood spring suits, she worked miracles when other could not. She was very accomodating finding such rooms. She worked reached for her corporate office to let the credit card payment go throught. Thank Ms Nobi for all you did and for making the guests feel very welcomed. Wood Spring suits will be my destination when I travel.

I had a really good experience here. I stayed for the month of January while transitioning to my next home.I did have a few hiccups but they were remedied immediately. I kept my room clean which isn't a problem. I had housekeeping once in that time frame. I washed my own sheets, cleaned my kitchen, took out my trash, cleaned my bathroom without problem or complaint. We had everything that we needed here. With keeping in mind that this is an extended stay.For the area that it is, it is what it is as far as the type of people you may encounter. If you choose to see the good, you will!Thank you to Ms. Deborah, Nobie, Markel, my friend that cleans the grounds in the morning, and a few other staff members whose names I have forgotten, that made our experience amazing. It was only a month but we made memories there and the experience holds a special place in our hearts.God bless✝️❤️Rooms: For the single room, Nice beds, shelving and dressers, Cable TV, kitchenette with 2 burner stove and full-size fridge, nice bathroom with glass shower.Safety: There were a few cars broken into right before I left. It was mainly the big trucks. I would be careful if I drive that kind of vehicle. Good things is there are cameras all around the parking lots.

I wish I could give this hotel a 5 star rating because I enjoyed my stay here at the WoodsSprings location , the amenities are nicely kept up and clean and the staff is friendly and attentive HOWEVER I unfortunately fell victim to the atrocity they call a "manager" at this location. Noby Jack is extremely unprofessional and miserable it is not surprising to see the MANY reviews left about her. I hope this location changes management and soon because at the rate they are going that wretched woman will drive everyone away.

Most disrespectful employees and laziess employees I've seen in my life. There are no room services until 3 weeks later . Also, we will be charged for clean towels for service fees. I would not ever stay at this location ever in my life ????
