I don't know much about how the staff were because my boyfriend handled all of that, but I was extremely concerned about all the roaches I saw in our room. Also when we got there to check in Friday night there were people outside loitering and smoking weed. There was no trash can in the bathroom. Then Saturday there was someone who asked if the elevator had been working meaning it hadn't recently. The elevator is also hot and humid. It also smelled inside the building of weed.
Over all just because of those issues I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our vehicle broke down Thursday 9-5 late night and the lady that was tending the front desk was awesome. We requested a late check out on Sat 9/6 check out was at 12pm and requested to check out for 2pm as we had belongings and was waiting for a ride the lady that was tending to the front desk at the time was extremely rude and was just saying he needed to get out so the room can be cleaned and sold to the next person

The elevator didn't work our whole stay. We had to walk from the 4th floor. The remote for the TV didn't work. The soap holder fell off while my wife was in the shower. The beds are full size. You have to fold the pillows just to get comfortable. The sheets and covers are super thin. The shower leaked. I will never listen to my wife again about where we should stay.

My car was broken into and window busted but after that incident I haven’t had any issues. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very pleasant to work with. Tamika, Nicole, Amanda, Deshanté, hands down customer service Elite. They are kind, understanding, patient and they do their best to make your stay a delight.

I do not recommend this hotel because the elevator isn't working. I was on the second floor so I had to use the stairs. The hallway smell like dog and urine. The room was ok but it could have been A LOT better. I will not return.

Price is nice , but they put a disabled person with a heart condition on the 4th floor and elevator don’t work/ no continental breakfast, they don’t allow room service or delivery to your room and you have to go the the front to get your foodSafety: Secure entrance but not convenient to the customer

No hot water and no advisement of an issue or when fixed. No elevator. Alarms go off at least once a week. Marijuana lingers in the hallway and people smoking it at the side exits. Don't stay here!!!!

The extended stay price is ridiculous for such a nasty(dirty) place. I wish I had pictures to share. People hanging outside smoking and their dirty dogs all inside and outside just sicken.Noteworthy details: This has to be the nasty (dirty) hotel in Houston. The carpet is so dirty it's unreal. It smells like dogs. The elevator NEVER works. Corporate needs to do a pop-up and the health board too.

NO ELEVATOR, WREAKS OF MARIJUANA, GARBAGE OVERFLOWING, RATS RUNNING ACROSS THE PARKING LOT - The elevator was not working and when I asked someone when it would work again, they advised it had not worked for MONTHS. The property description states the hotel is a non-smoking facility, yet it wreaks of marijuana. The garbage dumpster was overflowing and rats were running across the parking lot. The staff is nice, but this does not compensate for the ridiculous condition of this property.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious but the elevator doesn't work for me, I'm on the 4th floor, imagine and then apart from that the fire alarms go off in the middle of the night.

The elevator is always broken. And the door locks are also broken all the time.Safety: For people who live in the fourth floor who are handicap is dangerous since the elevator never works. And any one can come inside since the door locks are broken.
