Customers enjoy coming to this mall, which has a wide variety of nice stores and a decent food court. Parking near the covered garage by Macy's entrance is great and easy to access. All stores and employees encountered were very friendly. While parking can be a challenge at times, this is one of the nicer malls in Houston, with a clean and secure environment, even during the busy holiday season. The mall offers a range of activities, including an ice skating rink and a top-notch movie theater, making it a popular destination for families.
The restrooms are clean, many fast food options, plenty parking with security cars driving around, cover all the brands we normally shop, including a big Apple Store always fun to explore.

Attended a makeover at the MAC store, it was a wonderful experience. It was quite an education learning about suitable make up products for my face. Definitely recommend it, though it is not cheap.

The mall has great interior. There are plenty of options to shop for young and old. Great for an indoor holiday outing.
