My car was towed from the Pluckers Cypress location. I didn’t realize I parked in a lot that I wasn’t supposed to while eating at the restaurant. Either way, my car was towed to this location. I immediately got ahold of the owner of this facility (it was around 10pm) and he said I could meet him there and pay the tow fee ($200) but I’d have to wait an hour. I was with my son (8 years old) and wife. We took a Lyft to get to the lot and waited for an hour and a half until the owner showed up. Again, he quoted an hour. It was dark, late and extremely inconvenient. He was rude and did not care about my situation. If you ever get towed, and there’s no one there to give you your keys and accept payment after waiting an hour, call the police. By Texas law, they are supposed to service you within 1 hour.

This is the shadiest and most predatory business ever! Drivers here will follow you and even escalate to calling the police on you for a quick buck. I hope your loved ones will never have to interact with such a vile business.

The county does business with these thieves?! My Jeep was towed here and unfortunately I had several high priced items in it at the time; when I went to pick up the vehicle, they (1) refused to release it because I had a credit card and not cash so I had to file a complaint with the county in order to get my vehicle from these low lives, (2) my brand new Beats headphones had been stolen but the box it came in was left in the Jeep. Hopefully ICE shuts this place down soon!

Would give a 0 if could. Horrible people inside and out, hopeful you never have to deal with them.

Definitely illegal stuff going on here. Texas state law requires that tow companies accept credit cards. They stated we must pay cash or we couldn't get the card until Monday because their credit card machine is down. The man who came to get the car out was obviously drunk and drove wrecklessly spraying our vehicle with rocks.
