Would give a 0 star if I could!!! This place has absolute HORRIBLE customer service! They clearly do not care about the customer once their money is spent. First and LAST time I will ever purchase something from this chain!

Company doesn’t value longtime customers. Management seemed indifferent to defective shoes that fell apart within 2 weeks. And these shoes were nearly $60!! We used to buy roughly 6 pairs per year for nearly 5 consecutive years. Never again.

I just had a terrible experience with the 34th St location. I purchased my son's shoes on October 26, 2025, I have been a loyal customer, Im on their frequent buyers account, and because I have been buying shoes from them since they opened this location, and haven't had an issue, I in good trusting nature tossed my receipt. Now, with that being said, I have my credit card purchased as proof, and spoke to the manager Santos and he pulled up and showed me my October 26th purchase from their database, they still asked for proof of purchase.
My son's shoes of course got used, I bought him these shoes so he can use them, hasn't been 30 days yet and the right shoe is falling apart at the bottom. It's upsetting how they just don't care anymore. No one was being helpful, no one gave a crap about helping. So for this experience, I promise you, I will never waste another cent in your store or companies again.
Not that you all care, but you have definitely lost a loyal customer.

I have never been so embarrassed
He didn’t even other to say sorry
He just stood there with clueless face
I will never go back there again

I went to purchase some tennis shoes walked in no one spoke or attempted to help me, I had to ask a guy did he work there he said yes he gave some help but the employees could have been more professional since they are serving the public. Two days later I attempted to return the shoes and the little manager was very unprofessional and said I couldn’t return them, I politely walked out and next day returned and received another size at WSS on W.34th. And everyone was friendly and professional. I’m thinking it depends on the area you go and shop.

Absolutely horrible service from sales person Daniela 15592 . I went in for a simple exchange and was treated in the most unprofessional manner. Store manager did not make an intention to help . Only person that tried to help me but was completely ignored by his colleagues was the gentleman standing in the front door . I had to go to a whole complete different store to take care of my business. Yes i had my receipt with multiple purchases but i was lacking the tags . Daniela cursed and was conducting herself as if she was a thug out on the street. Worse experience in a WSS
