Terrible service, everyone is there looking at each other without doing anything and almost all the shoe boxes are missing a pair and when you ask them they tell you that they don't know anything, I will never go back

Wanted to buy a shoe but it was missing the left shoe.I talked to two associates at the counter,one of the associate's went to go look for about 5minutes to tell me Sorry he couldn't find it.So started loo
king for it because my son really wanted it.I couldn't find it but found a bunch of boxes of mismate's around the store.I feel like the customer is never important in this store,so that was my last visit to this store.

They are inconsiderate, on Tuesday, October 13, they closed before 8:30 knowing that many of us left work late and were looking for shoes for our children who go to school on Wednesday in this area, and it is not fair that they returned many people who was in the same situation, when there is no good season they don't even know what promotion to run to attract people and they should also change the hours on Google maps because it says they close at 10 and the store supposedly closes at 9 or whenever they want.

I went to the store looking for some work boots, unfortunately they didn't have the boots I wanted but Jasmine, the manager, very kindly looked for them in other locations until she found them for me. Very good service from Jasmine. I highly recommend this store wss. Thank you.
