WWW.Beauty is a welcoming and good black owned business with warm, funny, and helpful staff. The customer service is amazing, with employees who are sweet, full of good energy, and treat customers with the upmost respect. They are always welcoming and entertain questions with a smile. The store has everything you need, is clean and organized, and offers the best prices in town hands down. They provide very good quality hair, such as the 3 pack bundles, for a reasonable price. Help is always available, making customers feel they are not a bother, and many plan on being returning customers.
This place rarely opens on time. It’s 2:29pm the OPEN sign is on and the door is locked also their selection is extremely limited but I just needed a pack of braiding hair so don’t waste your time just take the drive to a better fully stocked hair store somewhere on Westheimer.
