Service was efficient; however, PLEASE check your plan before walking out of this store. I never requested a home security service yet a monthly charge for smart home and installation fee for a camera (that I never purchased) was somehow included in my plan.
The internet and free mobile (which I don't plan on using) were the only items verbally explained to me by the employee (Nicholas). Don't assume you are getting an honest breakdown of your plan and fees. That was my mistake.

Jesus and Emma made this experience so much better than I expected. They were patient with this senior citizen who is kind tech limited. They answered questions so that I could better understand what needed to be done. Super employees!!

Me and my dad had one of the best customer service experiences ever at the Xfinity Store in Sawyer Heights. From the moment we walked in, Caleb and Emma took amazing care of us. They were friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help with everything we needed.
Caleb made the entire process super smooth, explaining every detail clearly and making sure we understood all our options. Emma was just as incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. You can tell they both care about their customers and take pride in their work.
It’s rare to get service this good nowadays, but Sawyer Heights Xfinity delivered. If you need anything done with your Xfinity account or devices, go see Caleb and Emma. They deserve all the praise. Highly recommend this location!
