I recently visited this location to discuss the possibility of switching services over to Xfinity. The staff was welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. Andi, Thomas and Caleb were the ones who assisted me and I will be back to see anyone of them.

Absolute WORST! The store hasn't been helpful at any point that I was a customer. There have been so many mistakes and mix ups that the in-store personnel has no authority to ameliorate. I've been referred to online customer service repeatedly, nly for no resolution to be found. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get Xfinity.

I was just there… I gave the salesman a $150 discount code when I purchased my smartwatch… it didn’t reflect on my bill. He told me it would reflect when I got home.
I checked when I got home and it wasn’t there. I called xfinity customer service and I was told it was never applied. Now I have to return this watch and buy a new one to see the savings.
I was hoping all the reviews about this store weren’t true but the staff really doesn’t care. They just want you in and out

Exceptional service from Thomas! He was so helpful through and through. I added a line and also needed help with transferring over my info from iOS to Android. He genuinely wanted to help and that alone makes him stand out! If you go in, ask to work with Thomas! You'll get great customer service :)

I visited the store to figure out why, out of nowhere, my phone kept going offline while I was working. Andi helped me. He was friendly and explained what he was doing to my phone with each step. When he discovered what was wrong, he explained it to me in a way I could understand. He's an absolute gem & y'all are lucky to have him as an employee. I hope his pay reflects that.

Andi was extremely helpful. After dealing with not so pleasant online customer service and on the phone customer service, our last resort was to come into the store and hopefully get our issues taken care of. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, we did have an appointment which made the process a lot quicker. Andi was able to explain and break down everything in a matter that made us feel comfortable about keeping our services with xfinity. Andi also did an amazing job on introducing us to xfinity mobile and did it in a manner where it didn’t feel like we were being forced to buy something. I recommend everyone to ask for Andi next time you visit the xfinity store!

Caleb, Don, and Thomas. Exceptional service! I switched from T-Mobile and have saved hundreds of dollars by switching to Xfinity for wifi/mobile! Caleb was very knowledgeable on the plans and broke down everything. He even helped me set up my new mobile service in store! Very patient. Everyone here is very friendly and kind! The store’s atmosphere made me switching over easy, quick, and smooth. I don’t do well with change but this staff made it a very pleasing experience.

Line set up fee $25 x #of phones
Took 4 hours and returning back to the store 4 times to switch from t mobile to Xfinity
Was never told of line set up fee… a not so fun surprise on my first bill. Vibe at store is used-car-salespeople.

Me and my dad went in today to look into purchasing an Apple Watch. Caleb helped us out with reducing our phone bill by updating our plan, adding free phone lines and 150 dollars off with the purchase of the apple watch. He was very open about the promotion xfinity was having and walked us threw how our bill can be reduce if we accepted the promotion he had to offer. Great customer service overall. Definitely would recommend caleb if needed assistance. We highly appreciate you caleb.. thanks ?
