Went in yesterday with my husband to return our internet box, ( thinking we had upgraded to a better deal ). But Emery , she broke down everything for us, explained everything , detailed by detailed She even provided us with useful advice. ( we loved her honesty & patience )
On top of it, we got the IPhone 17 pro max and her customer service was excellent! If you go to this specific location, ask for Emery! 10/10

Had a great experience when I walked in it was a packed lobby, but they attended us with urgency, especially to the employee Hugo, which helped us a lot. Give us a lower bill on our Internet and helped us exceptionally well.

Good service, very efficient. Lost a star to not having anything on sale for new phone service buyers. Opted to keep our phones and seek devices for sale separately. Hugo did go out of his way to render fantastic service.

As usual the store was very crowded and service was very slow. This was to replace a failed box and it took almost 45 minutes to get it done

Alex made my visit exceptional. His hospitality and commitment to giving great service clearly shows. The constant reassurance and support he gave me throughout the process was amazing. It’s was extremely busy but that did not stop him from resolving my issue and helping his teammates. Don’t think I didn’t notice Alex how your crew came to you for help when they were in a situation. You are superb
