can't believe I signed up for an Xfinity plan today. I'm a new customer, and they told me to go to the store to pick up the Modern . When I arrived, they put it in a bag, and when I got home and opened it, it was one of the older models, used, and scratched. I had to report it to customer service by phone, and they're sending me a new one. Don't go to this store, and if you do, check if it's a Modern new or an older, used one.

Visited recently and was very disappointed. The staff were unhelpful and bluntly rude when I had asked for help. Then when I asked to speak with a manager the response was dismissive and she offered no solution. In my experience she also treated employees poorly in front of customers. I left feeling disrespected and won’t be returning. If you value decent service, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars, I'd be happy to. A guy with black hair, a mustache, about 5 feet tall, skinny... if you see him, never go to him. Arrogant and unprofessional. I politely ask him for help, but he doesn't even look at my face. I offer him a phone line, and I say no, thanks. I already have service elsewhere, and he mocks me to my face. Don't go to this store; it's really too unpleasant.
