The Xfinity store I visited in Gulfgate wasn't very professional in my opinion. The customer service person I worked with was professional, but her manager was very unprofessional. He looked at us as if we didn't belong in the store. He told the representative to make sure the charge went through as if we couldn't afford it. I felt like an unvalued customer. My mom was with them for 9 years, but that meant absolutely nothing in there eyes. Everyone should be treated with dignity and respect!!

I’m extremely disappointed with Xfinity and the way they treated my elderly mother. She contacted them simply to get home internet, and instead of being honest and helpful, they lied to her and opened an additional line she never asked for. Taking advantage of an older customer who trusts what she’s being told is unacceptable.
We’ve spent hours trying to fix their mistake, and every representative gives a different story. No one takes responsibility, and the lack of transparency is unbelievable. Xfinity should be ashamed for misleading vulnerable customers and making something as simple as setting up internet such a stressful experience.
If you have elderly family members, be very careful—Xfinity does not look out for their customers, and they definitely don’t value honesty or accountability.

If I could give zero stars I would … sales representative charged me 100 dollars for technician to come to my house the day I went to store and purchased the wifi . All because I asked if I needed anything else to set up the wifi myself , she said then we should send a technician. She never told me that I had to pay 100 dollars … I set up the WiFi myself and technician never stepped foot in my house . They’re still trying to charge me 100 dollars just because they set an appointment . I was never told there would be a charge . MANAGER said nothing could be done and sided with employee who disrespected me and told me I was in a rush to go see my girlfriend that day and I was rushing out the door . MANAGEMENT was aware of this conversation , and didn’t even think to apologize for her employees mistakes and still wants to charge the 100 dollars .

This location has been great about service. There was miscommunication that was handled amazingly. The staff is always welcoming and informative with whatever is needed. Even when it has been busy the wait usually isn't too long. Naydelin was super sweet and patient while assisting.

I had one of the worst experiences with this Xfinity store. When I purchased my iPhone 16 Pro Max and transferred my line to Xfinity, I was offered two promotions since I was already an internet subscriber: 1 year free line and $400 off the device. The free line was applied, but the $400 discount has still not been applied, even after 3 months.
I have visited other Xfinity stores as I was out of town around 4 times, filed online complaints, and even returned multiple times to the original store where I purchased the phone. Initially, I was told “it will be applied next month,” but it never was. On my third and fourth visits, they submitted complaints, but nothing was resolved. Finally, I was told to go back to the same store of purchase. I went there 3 times, explained everything, and while they admitted it was their mistake, they still refused to apply the $400 discount.
The manager also refused to speak with me, which shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. After wasting so much time, energy, and patience, my issue remains unresolved.
Very disappointed with Xfinity’s customer service and broken promises. If you are offered a promotion, be very careful, because they do not honor their own commitments.

Went by today with my mother to look for a new phone,Apparently they have workers now that tell you go to Apple store if you want to finance a phone because they DONT!After being a customer for years never had an issue til now having to purchase a new phone and cant even help you with that.Worker looked unsure of what he was speaking about to the point where manager intervened for a better outcome but still didn’t even do much.

The fact that it allows 1 star and no lower is generous because if it was up to me this store would get a negative. Worst customer service experience I’ve had.
Store operation of hours states that they close at 8:00pm, yesterday on 9/5/25 I came to the store at 7:51pm to return equipment for cancelled services only to be told by an associate from behind the door that they were closed. I came back like a min later to inform I just needed to return equipment with takes less than 2 mins to do to be told the same thing. Closing the store before hours of operation of closing time is unacceptable for a retail store, and a complaint has been made with corporate.
I returned today on 9/6/25 to return the equipment again and spoke with an associate and asked if they were able to close the store before 8 and was told no they weren’t except on Sundays. So I’m sure other associates are aware of their store policy.

I swear I’m asking everyone to NOT go to this store because they had the WORST customer service EVER! Every single time that you’ll come to this place you will have to wait for an average of 2 hours and then the employees would not even treat you right and they won’t provide enough information and some of them might be rude.
