I returned my equipment on December 10th, only to receive an email two weeks later claiming it hadn’t been returned. When I reached out to customer service—since there’s no direct store number—I was told I needed to provide a receipt as proof. Unfortunately, I had misplaced the receipt, not anticipating they’d ask for it weeks later to stop the charges. After being a loyal customer for over three years, I feel this treatment is both unfair and frustrating.

Would give zero if I could...this store employees are totally useless. Went in Saturday and Sunday, trying to get my account paid and new card set up on auto pay. Had to go to another store just for help!.....Use to be a great store, but now all new people!......USELESS NOW!

I do not how to explain the anger; and I how feel for disrespect these communication companies treat in general people and how their field workers treat communities. Because the law protects them, their workers feel in title to destroy home resident/property. Xfinity field/tech workers are liars and brake homes without any thoughts. So, I am asking how and when it was decided that these companies can destroy without any regard.

I wish i could give them a zero . Poor customer service. The lady working there gave me samsung customer service helpline than iphone to resolve my issue. Like Samsung customer service! Imagine. That’s how you guys are doing your job.
