Josh was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to look into a credit that the technician and dispatcher informed me I was eligible for once I returned my modem. I asked for a direct phone number to speak with a live agent and he discouraged me from contacting them stating “I’ve never heard of someone get a credit for such thing so you shouldn’t call them because they will tell you the same thing.” I contacted them and the credit was applied to my account less than 30 minutes later. I found that Josh was very nonchalant about my concern and honestly didn’t care if the next agent was able to assist me or not.

I went to the Xfinity store at the Willowbrook Mall & I was helped by your associate, Jay. He made exchanging & upgrading my plan so easy! He was so friendly & helpful. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but I got the speed I was needing at an affordable price!
Please give all the kudos to Jay for helping me out!

This review is not for this story but for the company I have the Wi-Fi HORRIBLE WiFi is always going out doesn’t not connect to my phone or WORK LAPTOP and all they can say is reboot!!!!!!

The employees need to be given lessons about customers who want to port out because two of the associates were very incorrect. The name of the associates who helped me were I believe Jesus and another person I forgot his name, but he was a Hispanic short young man. The Hispanic guy told me my number was lost after 7 days my account got deactivated. He offered no resolution and had zero sympathy and obviously did not care to help me. Sorry I did not offer a sale to you but it's something you have to deal with if you want to work here. I was able to find corporate Xfinity number and they helped me. Yes it was a long process and it was done more than 7 days later. I was able to port out from Xfinity to another carrier.

Slow but polite and professional. I give it negative points because after identifying myself as a 25 year IT veteran, the clerk was dismissive. I only brought up my background to inform him to the level of technical jargon to use. Even though he insisted it was a Sim card issue, I was correct it was an issue with the shared slot connection.

It is a horrible place, I would never return because of the terrible service in this place, you spend two hours here for a service and you have to realize that the agent is making mistakes in your information, he does not take the time to review and you Call your previous service and they pass you from one place to another because obviously the error was made by the I had to come back because of course nothing was done well, at that moment I had another agent who, upon hearing music he liked, started singing loudly and uncontrollably in your face, I'm sure he knew I wanted to run away from there, the behavior of the agent was irrational like a drugged person…………, how could I not be upset if after spending two hours in this place I ended up solving my own problem myself, in short if you want to be treated badly, you want to waste time and In the end you end up resolving what you came for because you see here that they are professionals in wasting time due to bad behavior and worst of all if you get upset because they are making mistakes you don't understand them because they aren't even explaining it well, they rarely They are not going to understand your annoyance, nor do they understand why people get upset with them, how strange: Horrible Place
