Pay close attention to your bills, record your calls when speaking with the agents/staff at Xfinity. Xfinity charged my Mom over $150 worth of reactivation fees due to the incompetence of proper noting her account of previous transactions/ charges/ fees on her account , even after speaking with a supervisor and having the mistakes resolved. Now a month later, the new charges on my Mom account adds up to the exact amount of the credit she was given last month. Spectrum here we come !!!!!!!

Knowledgeable and Highly Competent Staff. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and Courteous to manage my concerns over three different visits and made rapport to sell value add products and services. Definitely recommend this location for Xfinity Internet and Mobile. Easy and Convenient location with ample parking.

We had the best experience switching over services today! Vanessa was the absolute best with hearing us out, getting us set with the best plan, and offering the best discounts! We waited for about 15 mins so wasn’t too bad and came home with what we wanted!

Absolute trash bag of a store. Issue with your service? Don’t come here, they’ll sit you in front of an iPad like a child to wait and speak to another automated massaging system. Speak to a manger? In person? Good luck she couldn’t be asked to leave the office. What a joke.
