This has literally been the worst wait times I have ever received at an xfinity store within 3 states. Terrible wait times, friendly people but the process is broken. Please fix it! Xfinity is a great brand, but your wait times are terrible.

By far the worst customer service ever, went to activate new lines with Jose Aparicio did not know what he was doing. We went in to trade our phones and get a new one, got reassurance stating we would keep our numbers. For my phone it was all ok other then losing all my text messages. But my mother it has been all ridiculous. Her number got flipped flop for the last 3 days we had to call customer service and it is by far the worst with people not paying attention and not helping at all, was told multiple times they would call back and yet received nothing. Also never being able to speak to management either on the phone or in person. My mother had to go back to the store and was told they couldn't help her any to call. Was left with no resolutions. This is unacceptable š¤ and was told she is obligated to stay with a so called new phone and its getting really hot if on it for more than 30 min. Never have we had an experience this horrendous highly upset

With all the recorded footage, tracking information identified on the equipment. I have been charged for non return of equipment, because someone DID NOT do their job. This is also saddens me as it impacted my credit, because for a year of me not noticing this debt, everyone else went with the lie. From the Store to Creditor to Burea to the Collector.
Just like someone sitting in jail for 40 years from being falsely accusedā¦itās not much but a sorry they have to offer.
Iām telling you, we should have different forms of social for companies. At least 2. One for hard inquiries and One of soft. Because the consolidations for different factors are often impacted by the necessities of standard operating procedures from companies compared to those that are often changing their customer experience and standardsā¦.that is completely worst than someone forgetting to pay attention.

If you switch from ATT to Xfinity, the sales people on staff at this location may not disclose that activating a residential line will cost you $100. And there are other significant fees that they wonāt disclose in advance. Ask them when they give you a quote: does it include all fees?

Thereās always a long line and wait at this location. If you can goto a branded partner location, avoid this store. The service here is unapologetically inefficient.
I went to attempt to just return a modem. They said that it would be 30min because there were others ahead of me. I left and went to another xfinity location and it took less than two minutes to scan the barcode on the bottom of the modem and give me a receipt.

I did not pay the last phone bill because one of the company managers deceived me and told me that the internet bill would cancel the phone bill and that I would pay one amount for both services. After the service was stopped from Xfinity Company, I got a new service from a new company, and yet I kept receiving bills from Xfinity Company. I came to this store to complain. I asked the employee: Why are you sending me new bills knowing that you stopped the service? He told me: Because you did not inform the company that you do not want the service!! I told him: But you stopped the service, so why are you sending the bills? He told me: Because you have to call the company and tell them that you do not want the phone service!!
The ultimate in absurdity, fraud and deception.
Do not get phone service from this company. It forces you to pay automatically, and to pay even if you do not get its services.

Pretty pathetic really, trying to book an appointment, 13 years a customer, internet and phone services. Every time I try to call or book an appointment to upgrade a phone from IPhone 12 to 16 it asks to change my password, why??? Iām not charging my password, maybe time to change carrier, so bloody annoying!!

Speaking about Comcast/Xfinity in general: no matter which store you're trying to call it all goes to the same worthless 800 number. It's an asinine work process.
Also even though I have fiber on telephone poles close to my house they won't even attempt to provide this service to my house. Switching to another provider. When calling they don't even know who to direct me to to discuss fiber internet to my neighborhood.

Went to Xfinity to return some equipment I wasnāt using. Went home and found out my service was off. I also had to pay an extra $25 to reconnect the service. I did not ask for them to cut off my Xfinity service. I just wanted to return equipment I wasnāt using.

I came to this store to get setup as a new customer. I was initially assisted by Eric who was absolutely unhelpful and hostile. When I confronted him about why he was being difficult, he had absolutely nothing to say.The animosity was just poor in taste.
