Not very friendly to walk up customers. Designed mostly for commercial accounts. Good thing just a block away is an Autozone, O'Reillies and an Advance auto parts stores. With this much competition you would think better customer service was a given. Last store I come to when I need any auto parts.

Poor customer service.. Came to this location with no one in line. Two people at the counter. Waited for 15 minutes. No one tried to help me. Instead one person continued to take orders on the phone while the other just looked at the computer.I left very upset and will never ,ever return.

They were the only store that had the parts I needed and I was so relieved, until we put the part on and truck STILL didn't run! We took it to Auto Zone to put on machine and low and behold coils we had just purchased were DEFECTIVE . had to go back to XL only to find out they didn't have replacements. He called another store which is the one on Jensen and they had the tie parts I needed. Soooooo I had to drive over TO THAT store where EVERYONE E in there was less than friendly and tried charging me AGAIN without asking about the warranty ! It was stressful to say the least
