Consistently late on shipments with not concern to do any better. Several times we have had palletized shipments where the damage was concealed by rearranging the shipment. No integrity in this business.

THEY CALLED ME LAST WEEK TO SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY. I PAID $150 FOR SHIPPING. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP MONDAY, NOR DID THEY CALL TO SAY THE DELIVERY WOULD BE DELAYED. I CALLED BACK BECAUSE THE TRACKING SHOWED I HAD TO CALL TO RESCHDULE, THEY SAID I HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL DAY FOR DELIVERY. PLUS I HAD TO UNLOAD THE PACKAGE MYSELF BECAUSE " I DIDNT PAY FOR LIFTGATE SERVICE " AT NO TIME WAS THIS EVER A THING WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. REP "DORA" WAS UNPROFFESIONAL, COULD USE SOME TRAINING.

Was not surprised to see the poor reviews of this company. I’m not sure why any company would attach their name to them. I had a driver not deliver 4K worth of appliances on two consecutive occasions. The driver hung up on me and sent my calls to voicemail whenever I called back. I spoke with Lowe’s about it, they didn’t care. I called XPO customer service and the rep Myra gave me false promises about management reaching out which never happened. This company is absolutely awful.

They didn’t even show up on my scheduled delivery date. I called them toward the end of the delivery window to ask if they were still coming. The rep said it wasn’t out for delivery and it would be the next day. No one called or anything to even let me know. Today was my rescheduled delivery day. They don’t call you and let you know when they’re on the way. One man showed up to deliver a massive KidKraft swing set that weighs 900 lbs. I cleared out my garage so it could be placed in there. He immediately let me know that he couldn’t put it in the garage because he didn’t have the means to do so. That his lift wasn’t long enough to fully get under it to turn it the way it needed to go to get in my garage. They’re not even equipped to deliver things correctly. So he dropped a 900lb swing set in my driveway and now it’s up to me to have a forklift on hand to move it? They don’t communicate and they don’t tell you where they will or will not drop it. I called to speak to a manager and she said there wasn’t any management there. I didn’t even waste my time to call back because if this is how they do business, speaking to a manager won’t help. So frustrating.
