Was not surprised to see the poor reviews of this company. I’m not sure why any company would attach their name to them. I had a driver not deliver 4K worth of appliances on two consecutive occasions. The driver hung up on me and sent my calls to voicemail whenever I called back. I spoke with Lowe’s about it, they didn’t care. I called XPO customer service and the rep Myra gave me false promises about management reaching out which never happened. This company is absolutely awful.

They didn’t even show up on my scheduled delivery date. I called them toward the end of the delivery window to ask if they were still coming. The rep said it wasn’t out for delivery and it would be the next day. No one called or anything to even let me know. Today was my rescheduled delivery day. They don’t call you and let you know when they’re on the way. One man showed up to deliver a massive KidKraft swing set that weighs 900 lbs. I cleared out my garage so it could be placed in there. He immediately let me know that he couldn’t put it in the garage because he didn’t have the means to do so. That his lift wasn’t long enough to fully get under it to turn it the way it needed to go to get in my garage. They’re not even equipped to deliver things correctly. So he dropped a 900lb swing set in my driveway and now it’s up to me to have a forklift on hand to move it? They don’t communicate and they don’t tell you where they will or will not drop it. I called to speak to a manager and she said there wasn’t any management there. I didn’t even waste my time to call back because if this is how they do business, speaking to a manager won’t help. So frustrating.

I'm literally shocked when found the reviews score 4.4 on average..... If I could, I will give ZERO star instead of one star.XPO is hired by Samsung to deliver my fridge for Wed Jun 22. On that day, the fridge is never arrived. When I called XPO, they told me the delivery truck was stollen, yeah, you heard me right, 'stollen' on that day together with my fridge. It's absurd but I can accept that. They rescheduled my delivery to 07-06-22. On 07-06-22, XPO called me again said the fridge is too big and it's failed to load. Thus, need to be postponed 2 more days and will be delivered on 07-09-22. And today (07-07-22), we received a text msg asking to schedule a date.... I thought the stuff with XPO specifically told me over the phone that it will be delivered ON 07-08-2022.... When I click the link, the earliest available delivery date become 07-18-2022......Avoid XPO, if really cannot, avoid Samsung in order to avoid XPO. This kind of service quality should not exist in year 2022......

I was there for maybe 10 minutes. The security lady was nice enough to walk me exactly where I needed to go to pickup my shipment, they checked me in quickly, and a guy went out to get my pallet within a minute. I think it took me longer to strap everything down than to wait for my order. Awesome experience, many thanks!

Terrible experience, Samsung TV repair shipped a part to this facility which has been on site for over a week with no end in site. They were going to “overnight” to the west side over a week ago yet the other store said the truck was 1 part light… mine!

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Let a scheduled delivery sit at their facility for 2 weeks and called the Wednesday night before to say they don’t deliver to my area on Thursdays after I took off work. Company never delivered the merchandise. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Not good service. The drivers don't follow set delivery routes and times, they change to whatever they want which messes with all the customers schedules waiting

worst experience ever! first damage refrigerator, and not enough men to move it, then refusal to move old refrigerator, then show up but do not ring doorbell, so we have no idea they even were there, then unable to move new one into house, have not have refrigerator for 1 week due to this, multiple day inconvenience and refusal to finish job. Never again will we ever buy anything from Lowe's that is delivered by this company!!
