I ordered 8 cups from Yeti in early December. 7 of my cups arrived, albeit behind the date that they initially quoted me. However, a RAMBLER 42 OZ STRAW MUG CAMP GREEN cup did not show up. It has now been 3 months of inquiring with Yeti to receive my cup, and I STILL have not received it. 3 times I have been told it was going to ship overnight, and I did not get it. This morning, I was notified that it was not processed because they are out of stock in that color. I spoke with 4 customer care representatives, and not a single one offered anything to make this right. I will never recommend Yeti to any family members or friends ever again. There are plenty of alternatives out there, and cheaper ones. The fact that they won't do anything to make this right with their increased pricing blows my mind. I would highly recommend not buying their products, because if they mess up on their end (highly likely), you'll waste hours of your time and not receive what you paid for.

The gasket on my brand new tumbler was mangled and leaked, so I asked for help and employees Alex, Pam, and Abraham were quick to see the problem and offer me a new cap with a perfectly fitted gasket. A great experience at this Yeti store!

Was greeted as soon as we walked in. Very helpful. My only gripe is they won’t allow paying customers to use the restroom. Was told the Apple Store had a restroom.They’re lucky I even made a purchase before leaving.

Got a damage hopper 20 and they won’t not warranty with out a purchase ticket , been a yeti costumer for years till this !!! I paid too much for this cooler bag for them not to even care to backup their product

To entire store staff crew are super friendlyThey look tired but still working really hardI love each of them, they are super patient with all the questions you have and will introduce their products very detailed. Again I love them!

First time ever stopping at a Yeti store. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted. Amazing employees and store was very clean. Had a bunch of variety and is the perfect place to get your cooler or mug.

Bought my first Yeti product, a loadout bucket! Lost a star for not having the lid in stock, despite their online website saying they had them. Had to ride my bike all the way over to Academy to get a lid!

I visited the Houston location to purchase a bulk order of cups. The two associates were knowledgeable and helpful, and I could efficiently buy my work and get on with my day.The location had a full selection of Yeti merchandise, including new colors I hadn't seen. This was my first trip to the store, but it won't be the last.
