Very reasonable prices for clothing. They were having a good sale. Not wild about their interesting checkout procedure, dump close in a bin and then pay without receipt but the receipt was accurate. But it was emailed like so many other places now and now we have to pay for ink.

Rude employees and incompetent manager. Yesterday, 08/07/25 at 7:00 pm I was publicly shamed for being in the downstairs fitting room by one of the employees because, “no males past this point.” One, she assumed my gender and two she was loud and meant to embarrassed me. I then went upstairs to try on clothes and saw FEMALES in there. I asked to speak to the manager to clarify if the dressing rooms were gender inclusive or not and she could not give me a clear answer. She contradicted herself and clearly doesn’t have what it takes to be in charge. employee need better training, some females are masculine and some males are feminine. And trans people exist, do better Zara.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store regarding a perfume I purchased unopened and as-is—at full price, without any discount. When I attempted to return it, Manager Luis wrongly accused me of opening the product, which I absolutely did not. I bought it in the exact condition it was sold.
Luis, who primarily speaks Spanish, handled the situation unprofessionally and unfairly. I noticed he allowed other customers to return items without even having the cashier inspect them. Yet in my case, the cashier (a short woman with black curly hair) gave me attitude and carefully inspected the return like I was trying to return something damaged or used. The tone and treatment were completely different from how others were handled, which felt discriminatory and disrespectful.
This experience left me feeling judged and mistreated as a customer. Luis was the worst part of this visit, showing no accountability or fairness. I expect better treatment, especially when paying full price for items and returning them in the same condition.
I will definitely think twice before shopping here again.

In line for 30 minutes today and only ONE cashier at the registers even though the store was packed. He was taking his sweet, old time to help people, then would ignore the people in line for returns. He then walked away a few times and was walking super slow like he did it on purpose. When I brought it to his attention, the manager jumped at ME instead of apologizing. I think I had a right to be a little upset after standing in line for 30 minutes. What a bunch of selfish fools.

I am simply horrified by the service and quality of clothes from this brand!!! I ordered the same top online twice, and both times they sent me a nightmare!!! Both times they sent me a top with terrible drawstrings and torn at the seams!!! I have never encountered such a nightmare in my life! With such terrible service and such terrible clothes!!! Never order clothes online from this brand!!!

I washed the dresses I bought after 15 days and they went from xl to size s. What a fair scam. fraudster, deceit, are we collecting this money from the garbage? One thirt $59 is a shame, isn't it a shame?
And I didn't experience this problem with just one, I experienced this problem with all the ones I bought.

Today I had a nice nasty interaction with the cashier when returning an item I bought two days ago. The items weren’t worn, tags in tact. I couldn’t even try on one item at home due to the zipper not working. (I bought the items without trying them on due to my infant son needing to be tended to while I was shopping.) The cashier took an unnecessary amount of time to do this return. For two items with tags when the store first opened, the return took about 8 minutes. There was also no one else in line. He was inspecting the item as if I’d worn it. Flipping it in & out constantly. Very tasteless. He even said “did you purchase this here?”….interesting. Due to this being the second time I’ve experienced unprovoked passive aggressive behavior from the employees here, I’ll no longer patron this location. I understand working in retail can be underwhelming, I’ve done it before.. but please coach your employees to leave their problems at the door. Very weird behavior for a store that is located in the Galleria - if you look around, a large amount of shoppers are African-American… something to think about.

I had a terrible experience with the cashier today I brought to her attention that the sandals I wanted to purchase are covered with dust and particles of unknow materials i asked her if she might have any other pairs. She suggested i buy a lint roller and clean them because it's not a big deal and they're only dirty not damaged. She said this in a condescending tone while looking away. And then she held the sandals up high and proceeds to ask if I still want them all while I was already inserting my credit card. If she payed attention she would of seen me already paying.
