A Heartbreaking Realization: Zara's Alleged Involvement in PalestineIt is with a heavy heart and a sense of profound disappointment that I write this review. For years, Zara has been my go-to store for stylish outfits for myself and my family. However, recent allegations regarding their support for a genocide in Palestine have left me utterly appalled.The thought that a brand I once enjoyed shopping with could be funding the slaughter of innocent civilians and children in Palestine is beyond disheartening. The recent campaign ad featuring mannequins wrapped in white cloth, symbolizing the images of mass graves in Palestine, is deeply disturbing. It is a painful reminder of the lives lost and the immense suffering endured by the Palestinian people.As consumers, we have the responsibility to hold companies accountable for their actions. Zara's alleged involvement in such a grave injustice cannot be ignored or brushed aside. The slogan that once resonated with me now feels empty and devoid of meaning.In these troubled times, it is crucial for companies to stand up for justice and human rights. Silence in the face of such allegations only perpetuates the suffering and undermines the trust of loyal customers like myself.I implore Zara to address these allegations transparently and take immediate action to investigate and rectify any wrongdoing if proven true. The company has a moral obligation to align its actions with the values it claims to uphold.Until Zara provides clarity and takes meaningful steps to address these concerns, I reluctantly find myself unable to support a brand that may be complicit in funding the loss of innocent lives. I encourage others to be aware of these allegations and make informed decisions based on their own principles and beliefs.May we strive for a world where corporations prioritize compassion, peace, and justice, rather than contributing to violence and suffering. It is my sincere hope that Zara, as a prominent global brand, will take a stand for what is right and work towards a better future for all.

I love buying at Zara, went to this location for the first time today to return a dress, unfortunately they didn’t have my size but I ended up buying something else , the store has pretty nice things and the staff is really really helpful.

I visited the Zara store recently and had a disappointing experience. The staff, especially those at the return section, were quite rude. This left a negative impression on my overall shopping experience.

Love the store but the customer service here is way below par, sad to say. I, as an Asian, felt a little discriminated! Just hope they will buck up or else it would be a problem!

Terrible customer service and management. Store is in absolute disarray. You're better off going to the Gap across the hall. Will most definitely never return to ZARA.

Fitting rooms closed with a sign that said they had a 30 day return policy. Basically go home, try it on and come back if you want to return. What’s the point of going to the store then.

Tried to return an online order and it was past due bc they took forever to send it and it never made it to me so I asked for a replacement. The replacement order date doesn't get factored in, so they won't honor my return even though it's within the timeframe. Wasted my time.

Meh. Zara fashion is ok. I'm not crazy about the staff brand and cultural. It's cold and there's not welcoming or seem to sometimes know what the answers are to a basic question.

Thank you to Karen tonight she made my shopping experience amazing she opened a fitting room for me even tough they were closed and she checked in her system for a size I was looking for they unfortunately did not have it but she suggested another size and it worked out perfectly.

My friend has been standing in line for over 20 minutes, and there is only 2 people on register. My other friend went to use the bathroom and came back. That's how long the line is. It's honestly ridiculous. They need to hire more people or the manager needs to help their employees.
