Their service is pathetic. And willingness to sale is even worse. They turned me down because I had a us passport as ID.
Well thank goodness I found Astro auto world. They got me approved and in a truck the same day.

Honest review , exceptional experience. I want to start off by saying how grateful I am to Zelaya Dealership and to Tony my car salesman, Shabana motors gave me a car that had problems from the beginning of my purchase that ultimately left me with no car( very unfortunate😥😢) as well with extremely high interest and a contract for 5 years 😬😕 On the other hand Zelaya Dealership have no hidden agenda very Transparent with the whole car experience purchase ! 🙏🙌😁 To the down payment ( they have affordable down payments starting off cars or suv for 1,000 down!)and monthly payments (monthly payments or bi-weekly payments they will work with you on how you get paid as well 2 or 3 year contract 👍🙌) most importantly the car 🚗! I am a actual real buyer I walked off Zelaya car lot a very satisfied and happy customer . I am telling you go check this dealership out you won't regret it ! I hope my honest review will help someone like me that's working paycheck to paycheck that just needs a little break in life and a little good news to turn your life around I am telling you this is the dealership to go to.

Went to this place ready to buy today .. Manager Victor Zelaya Jr, Stereotyped person looked at me up and down and would Not help me in any way .. He hung up the phone when I tried to call back and ask for someone else in charge. I had down payment money, bank statements that showed the last 3 months 40k in total . Very Rude , unprofessional, . Please Everyone is Houston [Northside] don’t buy from them or give them business.

Well I saw a truck said 2500 down ok I was not told on approved credit runs credit I know I have bad credit tells me 5000 down on a 2013 truck and 800 a month

Called to inquire about a car. I filled out the financing form online & was told he would get with his “internet guy” & call me back. Still haven’t heard back. They must not want to sell cars.

Awesome car buying experience. I have purchased several cars over the years from Zelaya. Haven't had any major issues with them. I recommend go check them out if you have a need for a vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE!! They are not reputable and take advantage of unknowing people. Their vehicles are overpriced and will not last. Basically they are selling lemons.
